I wouldn't say Ruka is a Psychic. I mean yes she can travel to the spirit world and see duel spirits, but she cannot manifest them like Jaden/Judia could (remember he only did that after he fused with a duelspirit, Yubel, and before that he could only see and talk to them). I think something like "Spiritual" might be better fitting, and it makes sense given that she can't cause real damage, but can go to a world nobody else can (for some reason though, Rua was able to talk to her in the spirit world in pisode 19).
