RE:New Account

Oh, welcome back then. ^^ LegendaryAsariUgetsu (talkcontribs) 15:57, October 2, 2012 (UTC)

Thanks! Spectertvx (talkcontribs) 21:03, October 2, 2012 (UTC)

None of my business at all, but why did you switch? --Golden Key (talkcontribs) 21:20, October 2, 2012 (UTC)

My old account was closed down due to me closing down a account on another wiki I didn't use in a while. Spectertvx (talkcontribs) 21:24, October 2, 2012 (UTC)

Oh, you didn't realize it would be closing down your one here too? Sorry about that, then. Welcome back. --Golden Key (talkcontribs) 21:26, October 2, 2012 (UTC)

I didn't know at the time until User:Cheesedude told about it on Neo Ark Cradle and also because I didn't receive a e-mail about it. Spectertvx (talkcontribs) 21:34, October 2, 2012 (UTC)

NAC Account

I talked to Ark and it seems that he was able to reactivate your account at Neo Ark Cradle, he told me to tell you to try it. Does it work now? LegendaryAsariUgetsu (talkcontribs) 19:40, October 4, 2012 (UTC)

It does! Thank you for this. I really appreciate it. Spectertvx (talkcontribs) 21:09, October 4, 2012 (UTC)

No problem. You can count on me when you need. ;) LegendaryAsariUgetsu (talkcontribs) 21:31, October 4, 2012 (UTC)

Kagetokage

Small question. On ZEXAL, volume 2, Rank 8, when Yuma summoned "Kagetokage", what was its ATK in the info box? 0 or 1100? Thanks. LegendaryAsariUgetsu (talkcontribs) 18:24, October 9, 2012 (UTC)

I dont' have ZEXAL volume 2. It hasn't come out where I live. Spectertvx (talkcontribs) 21:12, October 9, 2012 (UTC)

Oh, I see. LegendaryAsariUgetsu (talkcontribs) 22:21, October 9, 2012 (UTC)

Urgent Line

Not sure when this was added, but someone added a move template to "Urgent Line" saying that the official English name is "SOS". Do you know if that's true? Thanks, Cheesedude (talkcontribs) 02:12, November 20, 2012 (UTC)

Yes, I checked the chapter it was in and "Urgent Line" is changed to "SOS" in English. Spectertvx (talkcontribs) 04:13, November 20, 2012 (UTC)

RE:Helpful Tip

Oh, thanks for the tip. The delay of those templates always bothered me, so it's good to know that. ^^ LegendaryAsariUgetsu (talkcontribs) 15:23, November 20, 2012 (UTC)

RE:RE:Kagetokage

Oh, thanks for the info. So Viz changed its ATK to match the anime and TCG. The name change's not big deal though, I've bought myself some volumes from Viz, and they error SO MUCH, but SO DAMN MUCH, that I feel like crying as I read. xD I'll add the ATK thing on Rank 8's article, and the name change as "|altname" in the card's article then. LegendaryAsariUgetsu (talkcontribs) 22:41, December 13, 2012 (UTC)

English manga card errors?

Are you sure there isn't a typo in the English manga lore for "Incornceivable"? I say this because the last part of the lore you put down for that card says "have it the attack." --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 23:46, December 14, 2012 (UTC)

That's a error on my part. It's suppose to say "have it take the attack." I'll fix it right away. Spectertvx (talkcontribs) 00:06, December 15, 2012 (UTC)

Are you sure there is no space betweeen "Mr." and "Dragon" in the name "Doll Monster Mr.Dragon"? --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 22:11, June 9, 2013 (UTC)

There is a space in the name Mr. Dragon. I didn't notice it at the time. Spectertvx (talkcontribs) 05:22, June 10, 2013 (UTC)

Duel Dragons

Regarding this edit, why did you remove Leo from that sentence? Did they show/explain from where he got his Duel Dragon? (I'm a bit lost in the 5D's' story, so maybe I don't remember :P). LegendaryAsariUgetsu (talkcontribs) 16:23, December 24, 2012 (UTC)

In ride 25 of the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's manga, it is shown in a flashback that Leo got his Duel Dragon from Lazar. It is unknown how Lazar had it but it can be assumed that Goodwin gave it to him. Spectertvx (talkcontribs) 22:30, December 24, 2012 (UTC)

Oh, true. Thanks. LegendaryAsariUgetsu (talkcontribs) 20:08, December 25, 2012 (UTC)

Errors

When listing something, like in an "Errors" section, you should put each item after a "*", like this. This makes things more organized and stuff. ;) LegendaryAsariUgetsu (talkcontribs) 23:27, January 21, 2013 (UTC)

Thanks for the tip. Spectertvx (talkcontribs) 23:33, January 21, 2013 (UTC)

No problem. LegendaryAsariUgetsu (talkcontribs) 00:56, January 22, 2013 (UTC)

Video game screenshots

Hi. Since you uploaded a number of opponent images from Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters and Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters II: Dark duel Stories, would you be able to upload any of the remaining ones, from stages with more than one opponent? -- Deltaneos (talk) 00:01, July 10, 2013 (UTC)

The only one missing from Duel Monsters II is Yami Yugi. I'll try and see if I can get him. I will probably do screenshots of Duel Monsters III and IV later on. Spectertvx (talkcontribs) 01:36, July 10, 2013 (UTC)
If it's not too much trouble, could you make sure any screenshots you get are at the game's native resolution instead of scaled up? When scaled-up images are resized (especially when they're scaled back down), they have a tendency to look blurry, often more so than if they weren't scaled up to begin with. Thanks! ディノ千?!? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 18:27, July 10, 2013 (UTC)
I'll try and keep the screenshots at their original size. But they are kinda small. Spectertvx (talkcontribs) 21:53, July 10, 2013 (UTC)
Check out the images in Category:Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters (video game) card images. At their native size, the images are the same size as they'd be on an original Game Boy (allowing for differences in pixel size). =) ディノ千?!? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 23:03, July 10, 2013 (UTC)
That's what I ment when I said they are kinda small. The size of the original Game Boy. =) But like I said before, I'll try and keep them in their original size from now on.Spectertvx (talkcontribs) 03:18, July 11, 2013 (UTC)
Okay, thanks. =) ディノ千?!? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 06:13, July 11, 2013 (UTC)
What about the ones that don't even have red image links? e.g. for Level 1, Yugi, Jonouchi, Honda and Bakura are all opponents, but only Bakura has an image. -- Deltaneos (talk) 19:50, July 10, 2013 (UTC)
I made the pictures the way it is to match the page images in Duel Monsters II. Not to mention the fact that stage 2 of Duel Monsters had 9 opponents. I'm not saying that I wouldn't want to do it. I just think that the images might look bad all squished together. Spectertvx (talkcontribs) 21:53, July 10, 2013 (UTC)
I see. It's okay. I don't plan on adding them to that table. I was looking for them for the character pages. e.g. Tea Gardner (World Championship)#Depictions. -- Deltaneos (talk) 22:21, July 10, 2013 (UTC)
I see. Spectertvx (talkcontribs) 03:18, July 11, 2013 (UTC)
If I may add more work on top of this ( =D ), if you grab any screenshots solely to illustrate a character, could you remove any text that is in the text box? See for example File:AnzuDM-JP.png. If you find this to be too much trouble, don't worry about it; Delt or I can perform the necessary edit after the images are uploaded. =) ディノ千?!? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 06:13, July 11, 2013 (UTC)
I actually don't know how to remove text from a image. Spectertvx (talkcontribs) 22:55, July 11, 2013 (UTC)
Okay, don't worry about it then. =) ディノ千?!? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 02:38, July 12, 2013 (UTC)

NC pics

Yo spec, just a tip to help you save time: if a monster already has a NC pic of itself in its gallery, there's no need to add another one from another language (like with Sirius the Blue Dog Star, who already had a NC scan of it in Japanese). This is just needed for the cards ('cuz of the text). ;) And thanks for adding the English scans, I was doing this once but I really run out of time... Scanning and editing really takes long. :/ Feel free to ask me if you need any help. LegendaryAsariUgetsu (talkcontribs) 02:37, July 22, 2013 (UTC)

To tell you the truth, I have no idea what NC stands for. I just added in because I thought it was a part of the picture. Spectertvx (talkcontribs) 02:57, July 22, 2013 (UTC)
It just means "non-card". =) ディノ千?!? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 05:05, July 22, 2013 (UTC)
Yeah, it's the Solid Vision of the monster. ;) LegendaryAsariUgetsu (talkcontribs) 16:05, July 22, 2013 (UTC)
Ah, I see. Spectertvx (talkcontribs) 23:04, July 22, 2013 (UTC)

Renaming images

Please suppress the redirects of images when you move them. Thanks. --Golden Key (talkcontribs) 14:03, September 23, 2013 (UTC)

I have no idea how to. Spectertvx (talkcontribs) 15:45, September 23, 2013 (UTC)

Duel Sister

Yo, do you have 5D's volume 2 in English? If so, could you please check, at the end of Aki vs. Sherry, how Goodwin calls Aki? Does Viz translates it as "Duel Sister" or "Duel Priestess"? LegendaryAsariUgetsu (talkcontribs) 22:30, September 28, 2013 (UTC)

In volume 2, Goodwin calls her Duel Priestess. Kiryu also calls her this in volume 3. Spectertvx (talkcontribs) 23:22, September 28, 2013 (UTC)

Thanks. LegendaryAsariUgetsu (talkcontribs) 23:47, September 28, 2013 (UTC)

English name

Yo. I noticed you added English names for Ranks 33 and 34 of ZEXAL. Do you have access to the English scans of those chapters? LegendaryAsariUgetsu (talkcontribs) 23:50, September 30, 2013 (UTC)

Nope. I assumed that were the names of the chapters as most of the ZEXAL manga chapters are named the same as the Japanese titles. Spectertvx (talkcontribs) 19:20, October 1, 2013 (UTC)

In that case, sorry man, but we can't add assumptions. We should add the official English titles in the "english name" thing. That's why we have the "japanese translated" thing. ;) LegendaryAsariUgetsu (talkcontribs) 20:55, October 1, 2013 (UTC)

Site to read yugio gx manga

Hii Specter. Well, sorry coming all suddenly, but can you help me, please? I'm looking for a site that there are all the 64 chapters from the yugio gx manga --OnePiece (talkcontribs) 05:46, April 18, 2014 (UTC)

If you mean to read online, I'm sorry but this isn't the place to ask me that. Spectertvx (talkcontribs) 00:32, April 19, 2014 (UTC)

Chapter titles

Yo, I noticed you added the reading of the 5D's chapter titles. Do you have any source? If you're just using Google Translate, than those are probably wrong. It's impossible to guess how the titles are read; besides different readings existing in Japanese itself, the author still loves to use English and crazy Mayan or something readings (check Rides 30 and 35, for example). That's why I never add the reading unless I have the scans and can read the title's furigana. LegendaryAsariUgetsu (talkcontribs) 15:50, November 12, 2014 (UTC)

I don't use Google Translate. I used a website called "nihongo.j-talk.com". According to the website itself, all its translations are 99.5% accurate. Spectertvx (talkcontribs) 23:27, November 12, 2014 (UTC)

Yes, but what I'm saying is, you can't guess how the author will indicate his titles to be read. There is more than 1 ways of reading kanjis, with the author choosing which one he wanna use, plus, he can use completely random readings, like English ones. For example, in Yu-Gi-Oh, "決闘" is usually read as "dyueru" ("Duel", in English) instead of the Japanese reading "Kettō", with both readings being correct. It's literally impossible to guess which reading the author used. He can even use a "wrong" reading to imply a second meaning, which happens a lot. If you didn't read the Furigana in the chapter's title page, you don't know with 100% of certainty how to read the title. LegendaryAsariUgetsu (talkcontribs) 16:02, November 13, 2014 (UTC)
