CardsEdit

Can I ask you what the difference is with this card game? I really know nothing about it and you seem to know a lot! If you would help me, I would really appriciate it. I have a few questions?

What is the difference between OCG and TCG? Will the cards look different (spelling, graphics, hologram corner?) How do you know if cards are real or fake? Do all cards have a serial number on the bottom left no matter how old they are? Do all cards have a letter/number combination under the image on the card? Do all cards have to hologram square in the corner?

Any other vital info would be nice :)

Regarding user pagesEdit

Yes. You may edit other people's user pages if they break any rules or interfere with other pages on this site. -- Deltaneos (talk) 14:10, 23 May 2009 (UTC)

Re: Episode 192 EditEdit

"Mirror Force" certainly didn't get fixed after Battle City. I invite you to check the final battle with Dartz in Episodes 180 and 181, specifically how "Mirror Force Dragon" is handled.(Mpanty 18:13, 27 August 2009 (UTC))

you know what i can have card pics on my page so hush you dont know the rules i asked del and assalto Blackwingggys 12:48, September 6, 2009 (UTC)

Re: Card imagesEdit

By reprint Set, do you mean DB2 or LOD-EN? If you meant DB2, yes. If you meant LOD-EN, it depends. For sets that were printed with no lanugage id and then reprinted with the EN they tend not to apply erratas even if the card was released in another set between the two. For the Freed example, use the DB2 image. For something that's only been released in LOD and LOD-EN, use the LOD-EN image... Was that confusing? -- Deltaneos (talk) 12:08, September 23, 2009 (UTC)

National Tournaments vandalismEdit

The person who posted that nonsense, made two vandalism edits in a row to that page. PoirotH undid the second. It's likely that he intended to revert both edits, but accidentally only undid the second one. -- Deltaneos (talk) 08:01, September 30, 2009 (UTC)

Renaming imagesEdit

Yes, at the moment it's admins only. Considering the amount of image moves are necessary here, I do sometimes think it would be better if all registered users had access to it. Anyway I've moved that particular image. -- Deltaneos (talk) 21:32, October 18, 2009 (UTC)

A few changesEdit

Good work on Titan, but the image doesn't fit properly. Do you think you could add images off full outfits for characters such as Noah, Crowler, and Abidos. And could you add one of older Kagemaru please. Cheers! (Robbiejennings 10:54, October 27, 2009 (UTC))

Obelisk the TormentorEdit

  • I don't know what AE stands for. But in the original anime, the "Sangenshin"/God card had the English text "The GOD of OBELISK" written on it. Danny Lilithborne 16:33, November 3, 2009 (UTC)

YataEdit

  • I am sure that normal bird have 4 talons on single paw/foot, therefore it's one leg bird. I have seen a real life bird's talons like that. If you want to prove me wrong, then how can that bird put their legs together to trick other eyes of aware being that it look like one leg? FredCat100 15:41, November 10, 2009 (UTC)
  • Alright then, I will go look very super closely... Thanks for tip. FredCat100 17:06, November 10, 2009 (UTC)

Tyler the Great Warrior's legalityEdit

No, because the card is not illegal. UDE allowed it to be played in TCG tournaments, despite its rarity. As far as I know Konami have not changed that. -- Deltaneos (talk) 18:41, November 21, 2009 (UTC)

Sorry about that I didn't know the image was from Card Maker.--Shadowexecuter 10:54, December 12, 2009 (UTC)

Re: Korean backingEdit

Ah that's brilliant and shall be of use. Heck, it's better quality than the Japanese backing image. I've straightened and resized it here. Thank you. -- Deltaneos (talk) 14:50, December 12, 2009 (UTC)

Kuriboh DeckEdit

Hello.

I would like to apologize about my edit on the Kuriboh Deck page.

I simply took what was already in the article and formatted it so it was easier to read.

I was unaware that there was already and archetype or that card number would consider it a deck list as opposed to a list of recommended cards.

Once again, my apologies.

Re: Rare HuntersEdit

Yes... unfortunately. -- Deltaneos (talk) 12:34, January 9, 2010 (UTC)

Re: Redirects?Edit

Sysops are able to prevent the creation of a redirect when they move pages. It's usually used when moving the "other card information" pages, but the "Sin Red-Eyes Black Dragon" to "Malefic Red-Eyes Black Dragon" redirect is needed, since people are still likely to look the card up using its original name. -- Deltaneos (talk) 17:57, March 7, 2010 (UTC)

I'm not sure what you're trying to describe.
If you think that you've misintrepreted what I said above. Here's what I meant. You see this example. The "redirect surpressed" part meant that I stopped it from leaving Card Artworks:Bad End Queen Dragon as a redirect to Card Artworks:Dragon Queen of Tragic Endings. -- Deltaneos (talk) 17:52, March 8, 2010 (UTC)

5d's MangaEdit

In the 5d's manga page, some names are written like the USA anime dub, but they must be written in japanese for two reasons:

1- The manga isn't avaliable yet in the US, so the names must remain as the only version printed, the japanese.

2- All yugioh mangas licensed in the US uses the original names for all the characters, and I don´t think that this manga will be the exception. The Original Yugioh Manga and the Gx manga pages of this wikia uses the original names too.

So ¿Why you change the japanese names of the 5d's manga to the northamerican ones?

Appeal against deletionEdit

Please, don't delete this page. This is an interesting subject. But you'd only know how interesting it would be if you seen plenty of Yu-Gi-Oh! cards and seen connections. It's not a good appeal, I know, but please consider the hidden potential of this article.

Re: DiabloEdit

Yeah, I guess so. -- Deltaneos (talk) 15:28, May 20, 2010 (UTC)

Re: 5D's season 2 templateEdit

That's happening because it doesn't have the start and end of the table. i.e. the {| border="1" cellspacing="0" width="100%" and |} that you see on the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's episode listing (season 2) page. That "further results" link isn't supposed to appear there. I've changed the limit of results that appear on the page from the default 50 (the default) to 100 to get around that now. -- Deltaneos (talk) 11:43, June 2, 2010 (UTC)

Re: Quick questionEdit

I'm not sure what you mean? The navboxes or infoboxes and tables?

To change the contents of an archetype navbox, you may add |archetype1 = , |archsupport1 = or |archrelated1 = , to the card you want to add's article. (If you want to remove things that are appearing multiple times on the "Gusta" navbox, it's a bug. We're seeing what we can do.)

To change the styling on the archetype navbox, go to Template:ArchetypeNavbox.

To change something on Booster Pack navboxes, you can edit Template:TCG or Template:OCG. If it's a different one, when you edit the page, you should see something inside curly brackets {{like this}}. Its pagename will be Template: followed by whatever appeared in the brackets.

The other table on set pages, doesn't use a template, so you just edit whatever Booster pack page it's on.

Apologies, if I've told you anything that you've long since known. -- Deltaneos (talk) 23:41, August 9, 2010 (UTC)

Carly's DesignsEdit

I just noticed that you removed this little boy's name from Carly's design. That should be Mokuba Kaiba as they have similar outfit and color. I understood that they misspell at that time. --FredCat T.P.F.R.J.R. 09:48, August 18, 2010 (UTC)

Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! eBay ScamsEdit

It seems a bit unencyclopedic for the mainspace to me too. You should probably suggest moving it to another namespace on the talk page to see if other people agree. -- Deltaneos (talk) 19:44, January 15, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Duelist 21Edit

Aside from grammar mistakes, it's mostly accurate. It seems to be based on a scanlation. Some of the dialogue is different in the official English manga, but gives the same idea. The foul language used by the characters is much tamer in the English manga.

One major difference is in that summary Mai invites Anzu to bunk with her because she'll "never know what could happen with these guys around". In the English manga, Mai says that she hears there's a creepy guy lurking around here (referring to the Player Killer) and Jonouchi angrily asks who she's talking about. Although that's most likely a change made by the official English translators. -- Deltaneos (talk) 18:16, January 31, 2011 (UTC)
