The reason why I came back and responded here is because you had missing some points that we liked; such as a word's changes, like "it's" has changed into "its" - which was not required to be "Delete" and "Insert" back in. Card Artworks

Compression Artifacts

Compression artifacts are those specks that appear around the blacks parts. Removing them is not considered modification, since it reverts the image to its original form. Perversion of Justice (talk • contribs) 14:58, February 2, 2014 (UTC)

Those specks appear because they were saved as jpg images on the site where they originated. It's what makes JPG images look so blurry when compressed. Obviously, when they designed the cards, they didn't include them in the original image. So, technically, neither yours nor my versions are exactly the same as the original version.
