Attendees at Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series Indianapolis 2012 could collect this card or the April 2012 membership promotional card, "Number 16: Shock Master", early by subscribing or renewing a subscription at the event.[1]
For people who made the subscription otherwise, it was mailed on August 27, 2012.[2] To be eligible to receive the card, people had to subscribe or renew a subscription by July 11, 2012.[3]
