"The Unbreakable Duelist" (折れない決闘者 Orenai Dyuerisuto) is the 220th chapter of the Yu-Gi-Oh! manga. In its first English printing, it was numbered as the 161st chapter of Yu-Gi-Oh! Duelist. In the 3-in-1 edition, its number was changed to match the original Japanese printing.
With guidance from Dark Yugi, Mai is able to fight back against Dark Marik, despite his Shadow Game, only for Dark Marik to continue to press his attack.
Summary
Dark Yugi is able to soothe Mai's mental trauma, reminding her that the injuries are illusions. With her friends supporting her, Mai fights back, bringing out "Amazoness Chain Master." Dark Marik Summons a torture monster, "Viser Des," which is invincible for three turns, and crushes the head of "Amazoness Chain Master," forcing Mai to destroy her own monster. Dark Yugi's attempts to stop the Shadow Game are futile, and Dark Marik takes pleasure in torturing both Dark Yugi and Mai. Mai seizes the chance to use the effect of her "Chain Master" to take "The Sun Dragon Ra," from Dark Marik's Deck. Dark Marik immediately warns Mai that torturing her won't be enough now.

Turn 3: Mai
Mai draws. She Normal Summons "Amazoness Chain Master" in Attack Position (1500/1300) and Sets a card.
Turn 4: Dark Marik
Dark Marik draws and Normal Summons "Viser Des" in Attack Position. (500/?) He attacks "Amazoness Chain Master" with "Viser Des," with "Viser Des'" effect preventing it from being destroyed for three turns after it is Summoned (and according to the rules in the manga, thus preventing Battle Damage when it battles. The (later revealed) effect of "Viser Des" would reduce the ATK of "Amazoness Chain Master" by 500 each turn, but Mai activates her Set "Grave Arm," sending "Amazoness Chain Master" to the Graveyard. As it was sent to the Graveyard, the effect of "Amazoness Chain Master" allows Mai to pay 1000 Life Points (Mai: 2600) to take 1 Monster Card from Dark Marik's Deck. She chooses "The Sun Dragon Ra."
