The kanji in the Japanese name is normally read as Inishie no Kettō!!, meaning "The Ancient Duel!!", while the furigana makes it Inishie no Diaha!!, meaning "The Ancient Diaha!!".
In its first English printing, this was numbered as the 13th chapter of Yu-Gi-Oh! Millennium World. In the 3-in-1 edition, its number was changed to match the original Japanese printing.
