** This card is named after "Astra", which is the Latin word for "Star".

** It possesses a sword on its arm similar to "Scareclaw Tri-Heart", tentacle-like appendages similar to "Tearlaments Kaleido-Heart", and wings similar to "Kashtira Arise-Heart".

* Under this form, "Visas's" role in the "Mannadium" arc is ironically similar to the first evil counterpart he clashed with in the Broken World storyline, "Scareclaw Reichheart", becoming the DARK villain to the LIGHT hero that he is an otherworldly counterpart of ("Mannadium Riumheart").

Etymology
 +
While "Transamu" contains "samu", each member of this series contains the katakana "rai" in the second part of its name, making each member a slight pun on "samurai". While the monsters of the series each have a name based on a marine soft invertebrate, the Trap Cards simply have "rai" as part of the kana in their names.

* This form represents "Visas" giving into his id, the part of the mind tied to instinctual and selfish behavior, which contrasts the moral and selfless super ego. This monster's clash with "Mannadium Prime-Heart" represents how the id and super ego clash to determine what the ego should do.

Lists

Transamu is a series of LIGHT Galaxy monsters and support used by Yudias Velgear (and his manga counterpart) in the Yu-Gi-Oh! GO RUSH!! anime and manga, and Taiyo Asobe in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Rush Duel LP manga.

Design

Members of the theme appear as ethereal humanoids with varying skin colors whose appearances are loosely based on marine soft invertebrates and clad in highly-stylized chanbara-inspired fashion.

Etymology

While "Transamu" contains "samu", each member of this series contains the katakana "rai" in the second part of its name, making each member a slight pun on "samurai". While the monsters of the series each have a name based on a marine soft invertebrate, the Trap Cards simply have "rai" as part of the kana in their names.

Playing style
