"The Fortune-Telling Girl Can See Through Everything!! (占い少女は、なんでもお見通し!! Uranai Shōjo wa, Nandemo Omito'oshi!!) is the eighth chapter of the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V The Strongest Duelist Yuya!! manga. It was first published June 1, 2016, in the Saikyō Jump magazine.

Summary

Yuya Duels a young fortuneteller for his next match of the tournament.

Featured Duel: Yuya Sakaki vs Mieru Hochun

Note: This Duel uses a special gameplay in order to make it simpler for the children, which makes the Monster Cards have no effects whatsoever.

At the start of the Duel, the Field Spell Card "Fortuneterror" is activated, as per the rules of an Action Duel. It will allow the players to use Action Cards, but they may only have one in their hand at a time.

Turn 1: Mieru
Mieru activates "Prediction Ritual", Tributing Template:Monster and Template:Monster from her hand to Ritual Summon "Prediction Princess Tarotrei". She then Sets 1 monster.

Turn 2: Yuya
Yuya activates "Performapal Odd-Eyes Unicorn" and "Performapal Odd-Eyes Light Phoenix" in his Pendulum Zones, allowing him to Pendulum Summon "Performapal Longphone Bull" and "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon" from his hand. He then activates "Polymerization", fusing "Longphone Bull" and "Odd-Eyes" to Fusion Summon Template:Monster. Yuya attacks "Tarotrei" with "Beast-Eyes", but Mieru picks up and activates the Action Card "Ability Yell", unlocking the special effect of "Tarotei". Mieru activates the effect of "Tarotrei", changing "Beast-Eyes" to face-down Defense Position.

Turn 3: Mieru
Mieru Normal Summons "Prediction Princess Astromorrigan" and Flip Summons "Prediction Princess Coinorma". She attacks and destroys Yuya's face-down "Beast-Eyes" with "Tarotrei". "Astromorrigan" and "Coinorma" then attack Yuya directly (Yuya 4000 → 1900).

Turn 4: Yuya
Yuya Pendulum Summons "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon" from his Extra Deck and "Acrobatic Magician" from his hand. He activates a second "Polymerization", fusing "Odd-Eyes" and "Acrobatic Magician" to Fusion Summon "Rune-Eyes Pendulum Dragon". Mieru attempts to activate the effect of "Tarotrei", changing "Rune-Eyes" to face-down Defense Position; however, the effect of "Ability Yell" has unlocked the special effects of "Rune-Eyes" as well. Since "Rune-Eyes" was Fusion Summoned by using Pendulum Summoned monsters as Materials, it is unaffected by Mieru's card effects this turn. Furthermore, since "Acrobatic Magician" is a Level 5 monster, "Rune-Eyes" can attack monsters three times per Battle Phase. Yuya attacks and destroys "Coinorma", "Astromorrigan" and "Tarotrei" with "Rune-Eyes" (Mieru 4000 → 1800 → 100 → 0).
