He then activates the effect of "Gagaga Caesar", [[Banish]]ing "[[Kagetokage]]" from his Graveyard to change all "Gagaga" monsters he controls to Level 4. He then overlays his two Level 4 monsters to [[Xyz Summon]] "[[Zubaba General]]" (2000/1000).
