Secret Rare prints were given to the winners of each tournament, while Rare prints were given to entrants who ranked second to seventh.

In total, approximately 300 Secret Rare and 2400 Rare "Dark Magician Girl" cards were distributed as prizes. 100 Secret Rare and 400 Rare "Dark Magician Girl" cards were given out as gifts by lottery; these promos were distributed by Weekly Shōnen Jump and V Jump employees at the events.

At the announcement stage, this card was shown to have an effect where it gained 200 ATK for each Spellcaster in either player's Graveyard. When the card was finally printed its artwork was changed and the effect was changed to 300 ATK per "Dark Magician" or "Magician of Black Chaos".
