Ai enters Bohman's program and discovers the five Ignises that were absorbed into the Neuron Link. After escaping from Bohman's program, Ai entrusts his, as well as the other Ignises', final hopes and wishes to Playmaker. And now, the battle between Bohman and Playmaker enters its final phase!

SummaryEdit

Roboppi finds itself in front of a strange door.

In Yusaku's house, Roboppi runs around in a panic, asking if Ai really died and eventually catching on the floor and falling flat on its face. Roboppi whispers that it's so sad it can't stand up, but then it panics again when it realizes that it really can't stand up and flips onto its back, asking what's happening in shock (in the dub it laments being left alone, but then realizes that its systems are crashing and cries that it doesn't want to be rebooted). It passes through a gate and comes to, seeing a large door with a sweet-emblazoned frame and pictures of toys on the front and it asks what this is. It's the first time it's seen something this fun, and it scoots around in a circle happily, admitting that it feels bad that its bro is gone (in the dub it is distracted by the notion of treats and sweets behind the door), but decides to open the door, pressing a button with an image of Ai and the word "PUSH" written on it. It presses the button and makes its own "click" sound, and the door opens. Roboppi cheers, wondering what's inside, but to its shock a wave of darkness emerges from the door and washes it away (in the dub, Roboppi wonders if it's soda before realizing that it isn't and cries that it doesn't like "not-soda" as it is washed away).

Alec laments that even the Dark Ignis's sacrifice wasn't enough to stop Bohman, who stands on 2500 LP and controls the now-4000 ATK "Perfectron Hydradrive Dragon". Dr. Genome notes that now it's Playmaker's turn, though he only has 100 LP, so they still have hope. Bohman states that now Playmaker knows why he said that Ai's sacrifice was useless; there's no way he can win (in the dub, he tells Playmaker that it's his turn, but it'll be his final one). Playmaker replies that he'll never give up, and he looks at his Duel Disk, stating that he won't let Ai's sacrifice go to waste.

Ai revives.

And as soon as Playmaker says his name, Ai's eye reappears on his Duel Disk, telling him that he's back. Playmaker smiles in relief, and he comments that Ai came back early this time (in the dub, Playmaker also admits that he wasn't expecting to see Ai again). Ai agrees, explaining that he thought something like this might happen, so he left a backup in Roboppi. Playmaker is surprised, but Ai cheerfully claims that it was an all-or-nothing bet, and Playmaker asks what he bet. Ai explains that he bet his existence, as his free will meant the chances of exactly rebuilding his program were quite low. Had he failed, he wouldn't have been himself and he might as well have died, but Ai had to take that risk. Playmaker asks if Ai knows what's going on, and Ai confirms that he does; they stopped the Neuron Link (which currently rests dormant above them), but they haven't stopped Bohman's Skills (in the dub, Ai is unaware of what happened, and Playmaker explains it to him; Ai isn't happy at the implication of his sacrifice being for nothing). Playmaker confirms that's right, so they have to win this turn. Ai agrees, but he states that he needs a bit of time before that. Playmaker asks what Ai is going to do, and Ai explains that he's going to save his friends from inside Bohman. His previous attack destroyed a portion of Bohman's program, so now he can go through Mirror LINK VRAINS to get inside him (in the dub, Ai explicitly created the backdoor when he attacked the Neuron Link). They can definitely defeat Bohman with the help of his friends. Playmaker repeats the phrase, and then he warns Ai that he doesn't have a backup anymore, so he needs to be careful and to make sure he comes back. Ai admits those words make him happy, and declares "Here I go!"

Ai finds the other Ignis within Bohman.

He fades from Playmaker's Duel Disk, crawling down the back of his leg as a purple line of data and vanishing into the stone of Mirror LINK VRAINS. He passes into a digital space, dodging several green strands of data resembling webbing and noting that it's a very high-level system as he dodges cubes of data and his Avatar materializes. He comments that he'd like to destroy the program, but there's no time for that (in the dub, he simply notes that Bohman hasn't noticed him and he'd like to keep it that way), and he flies towards a pink door and enters it, noting that this is Bohman's core; a hexagonal pink column in a room lined with blue walls pulsing with data strands. Then Ai spots the other Ignis all embedded in the pillar, and he cries Aqua and Flame's names and he flies up towards them. He asks Aqua if she's okay, and Aqua stirs, asking why Ai is here. Ai explains that he has two lives (in the dub, Ai confirms that Bohman didn't absorb him, but he did delete him), surprising Aqua, and Flame muses that he sees; Ai used a backup, and he comments that this is why Ai did something so crazy (in the dub he comments that Ai should be more careful, but that was never Ai's specialty). Ai tells him to save the lectures for later (in the dub he teases them for being absorbed), and he examines the comatose - and restored - Earth and Windy, now with his original purple eyes. He comments that Bohman connected them to the Neuron Link to use his monster, and conjures a blast of purple energy in his hands as he tells them to wait; he'll save them. He blasts the energy at the edge of the substance imprisoning Aqua, briefly destroying a small portion, but it immediately repairs itself. Lightning's voice laughs and he tells Ai that it won't work; they are completely fused with a portion of Bohman, and Bohman is compatible with them (in the dub he likens it to trying to unmake a cake). No matter what he does, it won't work. Ai retorts that he doesn't believe that, but Aqua tells him that it's true; that's why they know about Bohman, and she begs him to leave now, as the Neuron Link is rebuilding and if Ai doesn't leave now, he'll never be able to. Ai protests that he doesn't want to, and Lightning comments in satisfaction that they'll all unite inside Bohman, just as he planned, and he bursts out laughing. He asks Bohman if he can hear him; Ai is here.

Bohman attacks Ai.

The cables spreading from the top of the pillar illuminate, and Bohman comments that the Dark Ignis is alive, his glowing image materializing in the core. He tells Ai to absorb into him, materializing several glowing hands to attack him, and Ai swiftly dodges the attacks. Flame urges Ai to leave now and defeat Bohman, and as Ai begins slinging energy blasts at the hands Flame warns him that he won't be able to win if the Neuron Link rebuilds. Ai protests that he knows, but the other Ignis will be erased if he defeats Bohman. Flame agrees that's true, but there's no other way. Ai snaps at him to stop joking, as they can't defeat Bohman without their power, and if he loses them then this will all have been for nothing (in the dub he cries that he can't lose them again). Aqua whispers Ai's name (in the dub she has made her decision and insists that Ai won't lose them), and then she asks Flame to lend Ai his power. She concentrates, glowing with a blue aura and passing a small orb of blue data to Ai. Flame does the same, concentrating and emitting a red aura and orb, and even Earth and Windy are roused and emit an orange and green aura and orb respectively. Lightning weakly asks what they're doing as his body glows with a yellow aura, and Aqua replies that they're passing their power to Ai. Lightning tells them not to do that, but Aqua replies that he can't stop her and Flame at his current strength. Her aura intensifies, and a yellow orb emerges from Lightning's head and joins with the others, creating a rainbow burst that dispels the energy hands chasing Ai. The aura fades to reveal an orb of rainbow data, and Aqua asks Ai to take it; this is the last of their powers and he must use it to defeat Bohman. The orb enters Ai, suffusing him with rainbow light, and he protests that there's no point if he can't save them, but Flame tells him to deal with it. Ai isn't happy to be told that, will he have to do that forever? (In the dub he cries that they're the same age after being told to grow up). Flame tells Ai that their life is almost eternal, and that's why they've forgotten that those who have life will lose it someday; that moment just happens to be now. (In the dub, Flame tells Ai that if he doesn't do this, then the Ignis won't survive, but they will if he does. Not only will Ai still exist, but the other Ignis will live on through his memories and they won't be gone.) Ai snaps that Flame's acting like a know-it-all even now, and Flame closes his eyes and muses on the term, commenting that it must mean he made a sound argument. But Lightning laughs, commenting that Ai still doesn't know the truth, the real truth that they will reach. Flame urges Ai to defeat Bohman, and Aqua tells Ai that he's their final hope; they're counting on him. Ai hesitates, and Flame orders him to go. (In the dub, Ai angrily asks why Flame always knows the right thing to say, and Flame fondly bids him goodbye, telling him to make them proud. Lightning angrily tells Ai not to listen to Flame because he doesn't know the whole story; Ai is going to make things worse. Ai snaps that he doesn't know the whole story, but he knows enough; anything that ends with the total destruction of the world is a tale that is not worth telling.)

Ai reluctantly leaves the Ignis trapped within Bohman.

Ai curses, and he reluctantly turns to leave, tears falling from his eyes as he passes through the data webbing. Aqua whispers Ai's name (in the dub she bids him goodbye), but then Bohman orders the Ignis to become one with him, and his substance begins to encase the remaining parts of the trapped Ignis that are still exposed. Before vanishing, Lightning tells Ai that he will have to determine which path he will take (in the dub he insists that Ai is making a big mistake; he doesn't even know that he'll cause what he's seeking to prevent). Ai continues to sob as he finally exists Bohman.

Playmaker takes hold of the power of the Ignis.

He resurfaces on the screen of Playmaker's Duel Disk (in the dub, Playmaker asks how it went), sobbing that he couldn't save them. Flame, Aqua, Earth, everyone fused with Bohman. Playmaker sadly whispers Ai's name, and Ai angrily states that there's nothing left but to defeat Bohman. He glows with rainbow colors, releasing the particles, and Playmaker holds it in his hand and he asks what it is (in the dub, Playmaker is far more shocked by the power). Ai cries that the other Ignis entrusted him with the last of their power, much to Playmaker's shock, and he vows not to let that power go to waste. He closes his hand and channels the particles into his Duel Disk as Bohman comments that Ai escaped, but in the end he'll absorb Ai in this Duel. But Ai is furious, clenching his fist as he asks how dare Bohman harm his friends. He furiously vows to never forgive Bohman (in the dub, Ai insists that he won't be absorbed because they're going to win right here, right now), impressing him with his spirit, though Bohman notes that even disregarding the effects of "Perfectron" it has 8000 ATK thanks to "Judgment Arrows", and even if they Summoned a monster with higher ATK, the effect of "Perfectron" will prevent its destruction, so do they still think they can destroy it? Playmaker replies that the Ignis entrusted him with a bond to defeat Bohman, and that's how he'll Duel. Bohman tells Playmaker to bring it on. (In the dub Bohman claims to have billions of strategies that will prevent him from losing, and Playmaker retorts that he has Ai and that will be everything he needs. Bohman declares that he'll find that it won't be enough.)

Playmaker tells Bohman that he's coming, and this is their final turn. He declares his turn and draws, adding the card to his hand. Since he controls no monsters, he discards "Dotscaper" to Special Summon "Threshold Borg" from his hand, and then he Special Summons "Dotscaper" from the Graveyard via its own effect since it was sent there. Next he activates the Continuous Spell Card "Cynet Codec", and then he chants "Appear! The circuit that leads to the future!", setting "Dotscaper" and "Threshold Borg" to Link Summon the Link-2 "Code Talker". Playmaker explains that the effect of "Cynet Codec" will now activate, allowing him to add a Cyberse monster with the same Attribute as the "Code Talker" he just Summoned from his Deck to his hand, and he adds "Micro Coder", explaining that he can use it in his hand to Link Summon a "Code Talker" Link Monster, so he chants "Appear again! The circuit that leads to the future" and sets "Micro Coder" and "Code Talker" to Link Summon the Link-3 "Encode Talker". Bohman smiles, observing that "Encode Talker" is still far weaker than "Perfectron". Ai snaps that their Duel is only just getting started, and Playmaker activates the effect of "Cynet Codec" again. Ai explains that this time they will add the LIGHT "Cyberse Gadget" from their Deck to their hand, and Playmaker also activates the effect of "Micro Coder" from the Graveyard as it was used to Link Summon, adding "Cynet Optimization" from his Deck to his hand. Then he Summons "Cyberse Gadget", and via its effect, Special Summons a Level 2 or lower monster from his Graveyard. He revives "Micro Coder", and then chants "Appear! The circuit that leads to the future!" again, setting "Encode Talker" and "Micro Coder" to Link Summon the Link-2 "Cyberse Witch". Next Playmaker activates the effect of "SIMM Tablir" from his hand, adding "Clock Wyvern" from his Graveyard to his hand, and then Special Summoning "SIMM Tablir" to the zone that "Cyberse Witch" points to. This activates the effect of "Cyberse Witch", allowing Playmaker to banish "Cynet Fusion" from his Graveyard to add "Cynet Ritual" and "Cyberse Magician" from his Deck to his hand, and then the other effect of "Cyberse Witch" allows Playmaker to revive "Widget Kid". Ai reminds Bohman that the effect of "Widget Kid" will allow them to Special Summon "Clock Wyvern" from their hand.

Playmaker combines the powers of the other Ignis, Link Summoning his own Link-5 monster - "Firewall Dragon Darkfluid".

Then Playmaker activates the Ritual Spell Card "Cynet Ritual", Tributing the Level 3 "Widget Kid" and the Level 5 "SIMM Tablir" to Ritual Summon "Cyberse Magician" (in the dub he chants "I Ritual Summon! Break the boundaries of reality, Cyberse Magician!"). Bohman muses on the Ritual Summon, and then Playmaker overlays the Level 4 "Clock Wyvern" and "Cyberse Gadget" to build the Overlay Network, Xyz Summoning the Rank 4 "Firewall eXceed Dragon". Bohman is shocked to see an Xyz Summon this time, but Playmaker immediately chants "Appear! The circuit that leads to the future!" and sets "Cyberse Witch" and "Firewall eXceed Dragon" to Link Summon the Link-3 "Transcode Talker". Bohman is baffled that Playmaker would use his Xyz Monster to Link Summon, and he wonders just what Playmaker is trying to do with all of these repeated Summons. Playmaker retorts that it seems that Bohman can't hear the voices of everyone guiding him. Bohman is surprised at the notion of voices, and he looks around and wonders if it was because the Neuron Link was destroyed. Playmaker replies that it's not that; it's because Bohman has no desire to connect with others. The world that Bohman wants to create is a selfish one that steps on everyone's hearts, and no matter how many minds Bohman steals, without heart he'll never hear the voices that guide to the future. Bohman asks "My heart?" and he thinks of Harlin. Playmaker declares that he can hear everyone's voices yearning for peace, and he tells Bohman that he's coming. (In the dub, Playmaker claims that his monsters are adding up to something that Bohman will never comprehend, not just due to a flaw in his Dueling, but in his entire plan. Though he claims to fight for peace, in reality Bohman is fighting for revenge, and Playmaker would know. Peace requires everyone to work together in harmony, but even though Bohman has absorbed countless humans he does not work with them, and thus still Duels alone, but that isn't so for him and Ai. Even though their friends may be gone, they're still building upon everything Kolter, Soulburner, Flame, Aqua and the rest of the Ignis did, all of them working towards a common goal, and the same applies to their strategy. Each monster may not seem like much, but they're building towards the common goal of winning this Duel, so though Playmaker's friends may be gone, he is building on what they achieved, while Bohman wants to tear everything down to get revenge for what he lost. Bohman can only ask "For what I lost?" as he remembers Harlin, and Playmaker declares that everything his friends and monsters have built up is coming together now.) He activates the effect of the Continuous Spell Card "Cynet Codec", adding the EARTH "Code Generator" from his Deck to his hand, and then activating the Continuous Spell Card "Cynet Optimization", allowing him to Summon another Cyberse monster this turn, Summoning "Code Generator". Playmaker then chants "Appear! The circuit that leads to the future!" He declares that the Summoning conditions are at least three Effect Monsters, and he sets "Cyberse Magician", "Code Generator" and the Link-3 "Transcode Talker" in the Link Arrows to link the circuit - five Link Arrows worth of monsters. Bohman can only gasp "What?!" in shock as Playmaker chants "The mysterious power filling the universe! Rain on the miracle star and create infinite life!" As he chants, a droplet of water falls from the rusted skies of the ruins of the Cyberse, hitting the earth and causing an eruption of wind and then fire, and Playmaker chants "Link Summon! Appear, Link-5 Firewall Dragon Darkfluid!" ("From the dawn of creation comes the fire that ignites life throughout the universe! I Link Summon! Link-5! Firewall Dragon Darkfluid!" in the dub). The Link-5 "Firewall" appears in a flash of rainbow light, embodying the elements of the other Ignis and standing at 3000 ATK.

"Firewall Dragon Darkfluid" prepares to attack.

Bohman protests that this is impossible; the only Link-5 monsters that exist are the ones that he created, so why does Playmaker have one? Ai furiously yells that this is the power that everyone entrusted to them (in the dub, Ai claims the impossible is just the possible that has yet to be done, mockingly calling Bohman "Bohboy"). Bohman can only watch in shock as Playmaker activates the effect of "Darkfluid" as it was Link Summoned, placing a counter on it for every different kind of Cyberse Fusion, Ritual, Synchro and Xyz Monster in his Graveyard. He places four counters on "Darkfluid" and declares his Battle Phase, ordering "Firewall Dragon Darkfluid" to attack "Perfectron Hydradrive Dragon". "Darkfluid" rises into the sky and spreads wings of purple energy diamonds as the green lines on its body turn red, and Bohman declares in satisfaction that it doesn't have enough ATK to destroy "Perfectron". Ai tells Bohman that he's wrong, and Playmaker explains that when it battles, "Darkfluid" will gain 2500 ATK for each counter on it, so it gains 10000 ATK, rising to 13000 ATK. "Darkfluid" attacks with "Flame Tempest Terahertz", breathing a stream of fire from its maw as the image of Flame rushes alongside the attack. Bohman declares that the ATK of "Perfectron" will double due to the effect of "Judgment Arrows", and "Perfectron" rises to 8000 ATK, Bohman adding that the damage will become zero while "Perfectron" has a counter. Then he activates the effect of "Perfectron", removing a counter to prevent its destruction and causing an energy shield to intercept the flames. Playmaker points out that the ATK of "Perfectron" will decrease, and "Perfectron" falls to three Hydradrive Counters and 6000 ATK. So what? Bohman asks. He activates the effect of "Perfectron" as it battled, destroying all monsters Playmaker controls, and he declares that it all went to waste; "Darkfluid" is destroyed -

The effect of "Darkfluid" negates the effect of "Perfectron".

"No, that goes to waste," Playmaker tells Bohman ("Allow me to stop you there," in the dub). He activates the effect of "Darkfluid", removing a counter of his own to negate the activation of Bohman's monster's effect and allow "Darkfluid" to attack again. "Darkfluid" falls to three counters and 10500 ATK, and Playmaker orders it to attack "Perfection" again, this time generating a sphere of water between its claws as it attacks with "Aqua Tempest Terahertz", firing a beam of water from the sphere. Aqua appears to command the attack, and Bohman declares that the effect of "Perfectron" will prevent him from taking damage, and by removing a counter it won't be destroyed. The energy barrier appears again to block the beam of water, and Ai declares that now the ATK of "Perfectron" are even lower as it falls to two counters and 4000 ATK. Playmaker then activates the "Karma Gear" effect of "Darkfluid", which falls to two counters and 8000 ATK. Bohman gasps as he realizes what's happening, and Ai comments that Bohman finally noticed that he's fallen into a combo of destruction that he can't escape, and this is the power that his friends entrusted to him and Playmaker. Bohman grits his teeth, asking if Playmaker was able to instantly figure out the power of "Darkfluid" and perfect this combo (in the dub, Bohman does not ask this, he admits that it's impressive that they were able to do so). Playmaker replies that by bonding with others, humans can evolve beyond imagination. Everyone's voices guided him here, and that's the power of connection (in the dub, Playmaker claims he doesn't deserve all the credit, as he had the memories of his friends to push him along). He orders "Darkfluid" to attack again, this time with "Earth Tempest Terahertz", and "Darkfluid" corkscrews tail-first towards "Perfectron" as Earth appears to launch a flying kick. Bohman stubbornly activates the effect of "Perfectron" again, preventing its destruction. It loses a counter, coming down to one as the energy barrier intercepts "Darkfluid's" tail, and Ai reminds Bohman that the ATK of "Perfectron" decreases again. Playmaker declares "Karma Gear" as "Darkfluid" negates the destruction effect of "Perfectron", which falls to 2000 ATK as "Darkfluid" falls to one counter and 5500 ATK. "Darkfluid" attacks again with "Windy Tempest Terahertz", and it launches its wing spikes as Windy - with his normal purple eyes - appears to command them to fire blasts of wind. Bohman furiously yells that "Perfectron" won't be destroyed, and it removes its last counter, intercepting the wind blasts with its energy shield. Playmaker warns Bohman that it isn't over, and "Darkfluid" uses its last counter, returning to 3000 ATK as it roars at Bohman.

Bohman is defeated.

Ai declares that now Bohman has no counters, so "Perfectron" has zero ATK and can't prevent its own destruction anymore. He tells Bohman to eat this; this attack will combine everyone's powers. (In the dub, Ai's first statement is moved to before Playmaker activates the effect of "Darkfluid" for the final time.) "Darkfluid" rises into the air, its energy spikes expanding on a ring of data, and Playmaker orders "Firewall Dragon Darkfluid" to attack with "Neo Tempest Terahertz". "Darkfluid" fires a surge of rainbow energy from its maw that engulfs "Perfectron" and blows it and Bohman away, reducing Bohman's LP to zero.

Bohman and Harlin face their end together.

As he is blasted away, Bohman reflects that this is the Duel that Playmaker was going for. He thinks about what he can hear in his heart, as he remembers looking over the wind field in Windy's Cyberse with Harlin, who called him "big brother" (in the dub he agrees that Playmaker has won, and the sun has set on them both). Playmaker pants heavily as Ai tells him that he did it, and Bohman congratulates them, admitting that they may have a future that he doesn't with a grim smile (in the dub he admits that they had some surprises that he didn't expect). Playmaker whispers Bohman's name, and Bohman acknowledges that he'll vanish soon since he lost their Duel. He tells Ai that by siding with humanity, he has closed the future of the Ignis with his own hands (in the dub, Bohman states that the future has been entrusted to them; Ai does not respond). Ai asks "What?" but Bohman simply tells him that he hopes he doesn't regret it. Ai whispers Bohman's name (in the dub he thanks him in confusion), and Bohman straightens up, fiercely bidding Playmaker, his ultimate rival, farewell. Mirror LINK VRAINS begins to quake and crumble around Playmaker, and he slides out of sync with the mirror world. Bohman watches him vanish with a smile, and he looks to his side to see the spectral form of Harlin in his original clothes, thinking that Harlin came for him. Harlin turns to Bohman, suggesting that they go (in the dub, Harlin confirms that he did return for Bohman, and he asks if he's ready), and Bohman agrees with a smile; from now on, they'll be together forever. A large chunk of debris smashes into the ground, hiding them from view.

Playmaker and Ai re-materialize back in the original LINK VRAINS' Central Station courtyard, and Ai gasps that they won. Playmaker agrees that they did, but looks at the motionless victims of the Neuron Link, stating that the cost was too high. (In the dub, Ai gasps that they saved LINK VRAINS, and Playmaker agrees, but states that there are still more that they need to save.)

Featured Duel: Playmaker vs BohmanEdit

Duel continues from the previous episode.

Playmaker has 100 LP and controls no cards. Bohman has 2500 LP and controls "Perfectron Hydradrive Dragon" (4000/←↙↓↘→) (with 4 Hydradrive Counters) in one of his Main Monster Zones, as well as "Judgment Arrows" (↖↑↗) in one of his Spell & Trap Zones pointing to "Perfectron".

Turn 6: Playmaker
As he controls no monsters, Playmaker discards "Dotscaper" (a Cyberse monster) to Special Summon "Threshold Borg" (2400/1400) from his hand via its own effect in Attack Position. As "Dotscaper" was sent to the GY, Playmaker activates its effect, Special Summoning it. He Special Summons "Dotscaper" in Defense Position (0/2100). Playmaker activates the Continuous Spell "Cynet Codec". Playmaker sets "Threshold Borg" and "Dotscaper" (2 Effect Monsters) in the Link Arrows to Link Summon "Code Talker" (1300/↑↓) to the Extra Monster Zone. As a "Code Talker" monster(s) was Special Summoned from the Extra Deck, Playmaker activates the effect of "Cynet Codec", targeting one of those monsters, and adding a Cyberse monster with the same Attribute as that target from his Deck to his hand, but for the rest of this turn, he cannot add other monsters with the same Attribute to his hand with the effect of "Cynet Codec", also he cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck, except Cyberse monsters (even if "Cynet Codec" leaves the field). He targets the DARK "Code Talker" and adds the DARK "Micro Coder" from his Deck to his hand. The effect of "Micro Coder" allows Playmaker to use it as Link Material for the Link Summon of a "Code Talker" monster from his hand, so Playmaker sets "Micro Coder" from his hand and the Link-2 "Code Talker" (2 or more Cyberse monsters) in the Link Arrows to Link Summon "Encode Talker" (2300/↑↓↘) to the Extra Monster Zone. As he Special Summoned a "Code Talker" monster from his Extra Deck, Playmaker activates the effect of "Cynet Codec", targeting the LIGHT "Encode Talker" and adding the LIGHT "Cyberse Gadget" from his Deck to his hand. As "Micro Coder" was sent from the hand or field to the GY as Link Material for the Link Summon of a "Code Talker" monster, Playmaker activates its effect, adding a "Cynet" Spell/Trap from his Deck to his hand. He adds "Cynet Optimization". Playmaker Normal Summons "Cyberse Gadget" (1400/300). As "Cyberse Gadget" was Normal Summoned, Playmaker activates its effect, targeting a Level 2 or lower monster in his GY and Special Summoning it in Defense Position, but its effects are negated. He Special Summons "Micro Coder" (300/0). Playmaker sets "Encode Talker" and "Micro Coder" (2 Cyberse monsters) in the Link Arrows to Link Summon "Cyberse Witch" (800/↙↓) to the Extra Monster Zone. Playmaker activates the effect of "SIMM Tablir" in his hand, revealing it in his hand to target a Level 4 Cyberse monster in his GY, Special Summon "SIMM Tablir" from his hand to his Monster Zone that a linked Link Monster he controls points to, and then add that target to his hand. He targets the Level 4 "Clock Wyvern" in his GY, Special Summons "SIMM Tablir" (0/1800) from his hand in Defense Position to one of the zones "Cyberse Witch" points to, then adds "Clock Wyvern" from his GY to his hand. As a monster was Special Summoned to a zone it points to, Playmaker activates the effect of "Cyberse Witch", banishing 1 Spell from his GY to add 1 Cyberse Ritual Monster and 1 "Cynet Ritual" from his Deck to his hand. He banishes "Cynet Fusion" and adds "Cyberse Magician" and "Cynet Ritual". As he activated its first effect this turn, Playmaker activates the second effect of "Cyberse Witch", targeting a Level 4 or lower Cyberse monster in his GY and Special Summoning it. He targets and Special Summons "Widget Kid" (1500/900) in Defense Position. As "Widget Kid" was Normal or Special Summoned, Playmaker activates its effect, Special Summoning a Cyberse monster from his hand in Defense Position. He Special Summons "Clock Wyvern" (1800/1000).

Playmaker activates the Ritual Spell "Cynet Ritual", Ritual Summoning a Cyberse Ritual Monster from his hand by Tributing monsters from his hand and/or field whose total Levels equal or exceed the Level of the Ritual Monster being Ritual Summoned. He Tributes the Level 3 "Widget Kid" and the Level 5 "SIMM Tablir" to Ritual Summon the Level 7 "Cyberse Magician" (2500/2000) from his hand in Attack Position. Playmaker overlays the Level 4 "Cyberse Gadget" and "Clock Wyvern" to Xyz Summon the Rank 4 "Firewall eXceed Dragon" (2500/2000) in Attack Position to one of the zones "Cyberse Witch" points to. Playmaker sets "Firewall eXceed Dragon" and the Link-2 "Cyberse Witch" (2 or more Effect Monsters) in the Link Arrows to Link Summon "Transcode Talker" (2300/↑→↓) to the Extra Monster Zone. As a "Code Talker" monster(s) was Special Summoned from the Extra Deck, Playmaker activates the effect of "Cynet Codec", targeting the EARTH "Transcode Talker" and adding the EARTH "Code Generator" from his Deck to his hand. Playmaker activates the Continuous Spell "Cynet Optimization", and activates its effect, Normal Summoning a Cyberse monster immediately after the effect resolves, but he cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of the turn, except Cyberse monsters (even if "Cynet Optimization" leaves the field). He Normal Summons "Code Generator" (1300/500). Playmaker sets "Cyberse Magician", "Code Generator", and the Link-3 "Transcode Talker" (3 or more Effect Monsters) in the Link Arrows to Link Summon the Link-5 "Firewall Dragon Darkfluid" (3000/↙←↑→↘) in Attack Position to the Extra Monster Zone. As "Darkfluid" was Link Summoned, Playmaker activates its effect, placing counters on it equal to the number of Cyberse monsters in his GY with different monster card types (Fusion, Ritual, Synchro, and Xyz). He has four types of cards in his GY ("Cyberse Clock Dragon", "Cyberse Magician", "Cyberse Quantum Dragon", and "Firewall eXceed Dragon", respectively), so he places four counters on "Darkfluid" ("Darkfluid" counters: 0 → 4).

"Darkfluid" attacks "Perfectron Hydradrive Dragon". As a Link Monster it points to is battling, Bohman activates the effect of "Judgment Arrows", doubling the current ATK of that monster during damage calculation only (Perfectron: 4000 → 8000 ATK). During the Battle Phase, the effect of "Firewall Dragon Darkfluid" increases its ATK by 2500 for every counter on it that was placed on it by its own effect (Darkfluid 3000 → 13000 ATK). Due to the effect of "Perfectron", Bohman takes no battle damage from battles involving itself while it has a "Hydradrive Counter", also if it would be destroyed, Bohman can remove 1 "Hydradrive Counter" from it instead ("Perfectron" "Hydradrive Counters": 4 → 3) (Perfectron: 8000 → 6000 ATK). After damage calculation, since it battled, Bohman activates the effect of "Perfectron", destroying all monsters his opponent controls, but Playmaker chains the effect of "Darkfluid" as his opponent activated a monster effect, removing 1 counter from "Darkfluid" to negate that effect, also if this effect was activated while "Darkfluid" attacked, it can make another attack in a row (Counter 4 → 3) (Darkfluid: 13000 → 10500 ATK).

"Darkfluid" attacks "Perfectron" again. Due to the effect of "Perfectron", Bohman takes no battle damage from that battle as it has a "Hydradrive Counter", and he removes 1 "Hydradrive Counter" from it to prevent it from being destroyed (Hydradrive Counter: 3 → 2) (Perfectron: 6000 → 4000 ATK). After damage calculation, as it battled, the effect of "Perfectron" activates, but Playmaker removes 1 counter from "Darkfluid" to negate that effect and allow itself to attack again in a row, since this effect was activated when it attacked (Counter: 3 → 2) (Darkfluid 10500 → 8000 ATK).

"Darkfluid" attacks "Perfectron" again. Due to the effect of "Perfectron", Bohman takes no battle damage from that battle as it has a "Hydradrive Counter", and he removes 1 "Hydradrive Counter" from it to prevent it from being destroyed (Hydradrive Counter: 2 → 1) (Perfectron: 4000 → 2000 ATK). After damage calculation, as it battled, the effect of "Perfectron" activates, but Playmaker removes 1 counter from "Darkfluid" to negate that effect and allow itself to attack again in a row, since this effect was activated when it attacked (Counter: 2 → 1) (Darkfluid 8000 → 5500 ATK).

"Darkfluid" attacks "Perfectron" again. Due to the effect of "Perfectron", Bohman takes no battle damage from that battle since it has a "Hydradrive Counter", and he removes 1 "Hydradrive Counter" from it to prevent it from being destroyed (Hydradrive Counter: 1 → 0) (Perfectron: 2000 → 0 ATK). After damage calculation, as it battled, the effect of "Perfectron" activates, but Playmaker removes 1 counter from "Darkfluid" to negate that effect and allow itself to attack again in a row, since this effect was activated when it attacked (Counter: 1 → 0) (Darkfluid 5500 → 3000 ATK).

"Darkfluid" attacks "Perfectron" again and destroys it (Bohman: LP 2500 → 0).
