Yugi Muto (Duel Monsters 4)

Yugi (ゆうぎ Yūgi) is the player character in the Yugi Deck version of Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters 4: Battle of Great Duelist. This is a video game depiction of Yugi Mutou from the manga. The player plays as Yugi and has their name set to his kana name, ゆうぎ.

Certain cards can only be used when playing as Yugi, notably including "Slifer the Sky Dragon" and a number of other cards used by Yugi and Dark Yugi in the manga.

Yami Yugi is the only campaign mode opponent that Yugi cannot face. His drops include "Slifer the Sky Dragon" and many cards used by the Yugis in the manga. Players must trade with Kaiba or Joey in order to acquire them.

• The Password menu
• The trade menu, if the player does not have sufficient cards or Deck Cost to conduct a trade
• The new game menu, asking players to confirm that they wish to overwrite their saved game

DeckEdit

Yugi begins the game with the same Starter Deck as Kaiba and Joey.

This can be customized using the 577 cards usable in the Yugi Deck version of the game.
