Mover is a user right that allows users to perform page moves. Movers also have access to some restricted features to help speed up the page move process.

Administrators and bureaucrats are able to grant users this access and users may request it at Project:Requests for mover; administrators already have the associated rights and should not request or add this group for themselves. To view a list of the current movers, see Special:ListUsers/mover.
