Yugipedia:Mover

Mover is a user right that allows users experienced in page moves to access some restricted features, which helps them speed up the process of moving pages.

Administrators are able to grant users this access and users may request it at Project:Requests for mover. To view a list of the current movers, see Special:ListUsers/mover.

Access

Movers have the following extra access.

Name	Function	Main uses
movefile	Allows the user to rename pages in the file namespace.	Renaming images with misleading, meaningless, erroneous or pejorative names. Renaming images with non-image policy compliant names. Renaming card images after a card is renamed.
noratelimit	Allows a user to move more than two pages without being throttled.	Moving "other card information" pages after a card article has been renamed.
suppressredirect	Allows the user to rename a page without leaving a redirect behind.	Moving "other card information" pages. Undoing vandalism page moves.
