Rhodes, Alexis

Alexis Rhodes, known as Asuka Tenjoin (天上院 明日香 Tenjōin Asuka) in the Japanese version, is a character in the Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Spirit Caller video game. This is a video game depiction of Alexis Rhodes, a character from the Yu-Gi-Oh! GX anime.

The player first meets Alexis during their introduction to Duel Academy.

Alexis gains an interest in dueling the player after he defeats Jasmine and Mindy a few times, staging a duel at night at the Obelisk Blue Girls Dorm. After this event, she can be found as an opponent on most areas of the island.

Once the player defeats Nightshroud and he is revealed to be her brother Atticus, she will refuse to duel, out of worry for Atticus' current state, until after Titan is defeated.

Alexis will also refuse to duel the player once the characters learn of Zane's disappearance, but she becomes available as an opponent again after finishing the game.

Alexis can give the player 1 copy of any of the following cards each time she is defeated.

Not bad at all

<Player>, let's continue dueling as we both improve. Dueling with you isn't bad at all.

  • Alexis sends the player this message after dueling her 30 times.

Subject: Why...

It feels like the only person I ever duel is you, <Player name>. I wonder why? Maybe because you're really fun to play against.

For some reason, I feel as if I only dueled with you, <Player>. Dueling you is quite enjoyable. I wonder why I feel like this.
