Decks[edit]
Alvaro uses Insect-Type Decks focused on protecting "Petit Moth" as it evolves into more powerful stages, keeping it on the field by increasing its DEF or stopping attacks altogether. In the later installments, his Decks also include easily-summoned high-ATK Insect-Type monsters as support.
His third Deck in both the second and third games, instead of being his usual defensive "Moth" Decks, are Demise/Doom OTK Decks.
