Forum:Removal of the Breakdown of the BP page

The Breakdown of the Battle Phase page has been removed, simply because there was no reason why all of the information had to be on that page. Having the information there basically meant the Start Step, Battle Step, Damage Step, and End Step pages were not very practical in terms of info. So, the information from that page has been moved to their respective pages:

In moving this information, the contents of the recipient pages have been upgraded to higher quality standards, so I'm sure you'll want to take a look. There is also some interesting information on the Battle Phase as a whole, located at the Battle Phase page. The Damage calculation page hasn't been vetted yet, but seems to be in decent shape for now.

If you're interesting in proving to other people that the information listed on those pages are valid, you'll want to read this then. On those "Step" pages, you'll see a lot of citations (bracketed numbers at the end of the sentences, looking like [1], [32], etc.). If you doubt the information listed on any of the pages, these citations provide the source of where that information was taken from. As all of them have been taken from Konami-affiliated sites, they're trustworthy.
In order to "view" these citations, you can hover your mouse over the bracketed numbers, where the citation will show up in a little pop-up window. You can alternatively click on the number to see where the citation is located in the "References" section at the bottom of the page you're viewing. You can then click on the link in the citation to access the information, with the rest of the citation possibly guiding you to where you can locate that info in the link.
And if you're viewing the citation in the "References" section, you can click the little arrow (↑) to see where the citation is located in the article (if there are multiple numbers with decimals next to the arrow, that means the citation is used multiple times, in which case you can click on any of those numbers to see the locations where it was used).
This should prove very useful.

While you're here, feel free to create an account on the Wiki, where you can disable some ads in your preferences, or alternatively switch to Monobook skin, which provides an arguably less distracting view of the Wiki (example). If you do create an account and log in, hover over the user icon in the top-right corner of any Wiki page and click "Preferences". Then in the "Appearances" section, you can change the "Ads" and "Layout" options accordingly.
