- In episode 64, Syrus Truesdale uses this card during his Duel against Tyranno Hassleberry. He summons this card on the first turn of the Duel. Later Syrus activates "Polymerization" to fuse this card with "Rescueroid" in order to Fusion Summon "Ambulance Rescueroid". Later "Ultimate Tyranno" attacks and destroys "Decoyroid". Syrus then activates the effect of "Ambulance Resceroid" to revive "Decoyroid". "Cyber Summon Blaster" then inflicts 300 damage to Hassleberry. "Ultimate Tyranno" then attacks "Decoyroid" again due to its effect, but Syrus activates "De-Fusion" to return "Ambulance Rescueroid" to the Extra Deck and Special Summon this card and "Rescueroid" from his Graveyard. "Cyber Summon Blaster" then inflicts 600 damage to Hassleberry The attack continues, destroying "Decoyroid". Syrus then activates the effect of "Rescueroid" to add "Decoyroid" from his Graveyard to his hand. Syrus then activates this card's effect to Special Summon "Decoyroid" from his hand. "Cyber Summon Blaster" then inflicts 300 damage to Hassleberry. "Ultimate Tyranno" then attacks and destroys "Decoyroid" due to its own effect, starting the process all over again. The infinite loop continues three more times. "Ultimate Tyranno" then attacks "Decoyroid" again due to its own effect. Hassleberry tries to activate "Jurassic Impact" to end the Duel in a Draw, but he chooses not to as he found out that Syrus had been looking for Jaden last night for hours. The attack continues, destroying "Decoyroid". Syrus then activates the effect of "Rescueroid" to add "Decoyroid" from his Graveyard to his hand. He then activates the effect of this card to Special Summon "Decoyroid" from his hand. "Cyber Summon Blaster" then inflicts 300 damage to Hassleberry, winning Syrus the Duel.
