- This card was first used in the DEATH-T Duel of the manga (as well in the Toei anime). It was set in Defense Position and was destroyed by Kaiba's Blue-Eyes White Dragon.

- In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode The Heart of the Cards", 1: "Yami Yugi uses this card during his Duel against Seto Kaiba. He sets this card in Defense Position. "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" then attacks and destroys this card.
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode The Gauntlet Is Thrown", this card was seen in Yami Yugi's hand during his Duel against 2: "Maximillion Pegasus.
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode The Ultimate Great Moth", Yami Yugi uses this card during his Duel against 5: "Weevil Underwood. He sets this card in Defense Position. This card is later destroyed by the effect of Weevil's "Great Moth".
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode The Scars of Defeat", this card is shown in a flashback 16: "Bakura Ryou has when he makes note of his Millennium Ring pointing at the castle as something similar when he first started attending Yugi's school. Yugi is shown using this card in his duel against Joey. What happens next is unknown as the flashback then shifted to Bakura who then noticed that his Millennium Ring is pointing to Yugi's Millennium Puzzle.
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode Double Trouble Duel, Part 1", Yami Yugi uses this card during his Tag Duel with 19: "Joey Wheeler against the Paradox Brothers. After Yami summons this card, he moves it four spaces into the Labyrinth Wall maze. "Wall Shadow" then attacks and destroys this card.
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode Best of Friends, Best of Duelists, Part 1", this card appears when Yami Yugi explains to Joey that Duel Monsters is about the balance between 33: "Monster, Spell and Trap Cards.
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode Yugi vs. Pegasus: Match of the Millennium, Part 1", Yami Yugi uses this card during his Duel against 35: "Maximillion Pegasus. He sets this card in Defense Position. On Yugi's next turn, he flips this card face-up. Yugi then activates "Horn of the Unicorn" to increase this card's ATK and DEF by 700, but Pegasus activates Tears of a Mermaid to negate the activation of "Horn of the Unicorn" and destroy it. Later "Red Archery Girl" attacks and destroys this card.
- This card also appears in Yugi's thoughts when he notes it will take all the wisdom his grandfather taught him and all the power in his cards to defeat Pegasus.
Battle City (part 1)[edit]
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode The Master of Magicians, Part 1", this card is seen in Yugi's hand during his Duel against 60: "Arkana. On the third turn of the Duel, Yugi discards this card due to the effect of "Card Destruction".
Grand Championship[edit]
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode Sinister Secrets - Part 3", this card was shown being used in a Duel between two kids in a park. Right when one of the kids orders this card to attack " 198: "Feral Imp", the holograms of both this card start to flutter with static (which was due to the virus implanted by "Golden Castle of Stromberg"). One kid notes that something is wrong.

Seven Stars[edit]
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! GX episode The Fear Factor", this monster was one of the Duel spirits in the underground world where 34: "Jaden Yuki dueled Kaibaman.
Dimension World[edit]
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! GX episode Unleashing the Dragon, Part 2", this card is shown in a flashback Jaden has when 130: "Yubel shows flashbacks to Jaden to help him remember who she was. This card can be seen when Jaden drops his Deck while he was visiting Osamu in the hospital after Yubel causes him more pain.
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! GX episode All for One", this card is shown in a flashback explained by 131: "Chancellor Sheppard when he explains to Jaden's friends about Jaden's relation to Yubel. Jaden is shown using this card during his Duel against Osamu. He Tributes this card and "Oscillo Hero" in order to Tribute Summon "Yubel", but Osamu activates "Perfect Counter Code 123" to negate the summon and destroy "Yubel".
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! GX episode The Ultimate Face-Off, Part 2", this card is shown in a flashback Jaden has when a memory bubble hits him and he sees himself as a child. Jaden notes that Yubel brought him, his friends, and his allies to the alternate dimension for a reason. 150: "
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! GX episode Return of the Supreme King, Part 1", this card is seen in a flashback Jaden has when he recognizes Osamu.

- This card is also seen in a flashback Jaden has when a memory bubble hits him and he sees the Kaiba Corp contest he won as well as see him send both "Yubel" and "Elemental HERO Neos" into space in hopes that "Yubel" would stop hurting other people.

- In Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V episode Bad Business", this card appears in 8: "Henrietta's explanation of the LID curriculum and how they want to add Pendulum Summoning to their curriculum.
