- In episode 142, Jack Atlas uses this card during his Ground Duel with Leo and Luna against Aporia. He Normal Summons this card in Defense Position. The effect of "Level Cannon" then inflicts 600 damage to Jack (The damage is equal to this card's Level times 200). Later "Meklord Army of Skiel" attacks this card, but Leo activates "Block Lock" to redirect the attack to "Morphtronic Staplen". Due to the Defense Position effect of "Staplen", it is not destroyed by battle. Aporia then activates the effect of "Meklord Army of Wisel" to allow "Meklord Army of Skiel" to inflict piercing damage to Leo. After that happens, the second Defense Position effect of "Staplen" switches "Staplen" to Attack Position and switches "Meklord Army of Skiel" and "Meklord Army of Granel" to Defense Position (which decreases the ATK of "Meklord Astro Dragon Asterisk" to 1800). Later Leo activates Double Ripple to send this card and "Morphtronic Boomboxen" to the Graveyard and Special Summon "Power Tool Dragon" and Luna's "Ancient Fairy Dragon" to their respective owners' side of the field. In the next episode, this card is shown when Jack was counting up the Tuner Monsters in his Graveyard.
- In episode 153, this card appears in a series of flashbacks Leo has when he notes that it was because of Yusei Fudo and Jack that he was able to gain the feelings of never giving up until the very end.
