- In episode 217, Yami Bakura uses this card during his Duel against Yugi Muto. He activates this card as part of his strategy to make Yugi lose due to Deck Out. As Bakura had already destroyed his Graveyard with "Cursed Twin Dolls", this card's effect applied only to Yugi. Also any monster that Yami Bakura had as a ghost counts as a monster on the field. On Yugi's End Phase, this card forced Yugi to send eleven cards from his Deck to the Graveyard since there were eleven monsters on the field. The effect of "Cursed Twin Dolls" then increases Yugi's Life Points by 2200 (200 for each card sent to the Graveyard) On Yugi's next End Phase, this card forced Yugi to send eleven more cards to the Graveyard since there were eleven monsters on the field. "Cursed Twin Dolls" then increases Yugi's Life Points by 2200. In the next episode, this card remained on the field until the Duel was over.
