Season 2[edit]

  • In episode 58, Aster Phoenix uses this card during his Duel against Jaden Yuki. He adds this card and "Destiny HERO - Doom Lord" from his Deck to his hand via "D - Time". In the next episode, Aster summons this card in Attack Position. He then activates this card's effect to check the top card of his Deck. The card is revealed to be "Misfortune". Aster then sends "Misfortune" to the Graveyard and becomes allowed to activate the effect of "Misfortune" on his next turn. This card then attacks and destroys "Wroughtweiler". Jaden then activates the effect of "Wroughtweiler" to add "Elemental HERO Bubbleman" and "Polymerization" from his Deck to his hand. Later Aster activates this card's effect to check the top card of his Deck. The card is revealed to be "Magical Stone Excavation". Aster then sends "Magical Stone Excavation" to the Graveyard and becomes allowed to activate the effect of "Magical Stone Excavation" on his next turn. Later Jaden activates the effect of "Elemental HERO Thunder Giant" to destroy this card, but the second effect of "Destiny HERO - Dreadmaster" prevents that. This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.
    • In the first above-mentioned episode, this card appears in a silhouetted-off form when Aster explains the Destiny HEROes to Jaden.
  • In episode 61, this card appears in a flashback Sartorius has when he notes that since Jaden was defeated by Aster's Deck which had his power in it, he should have become influenced by the Light of Destruction. This however didn't happen strangely which Sartorius can't figure out. Jaden however is greatly shocked by the loss as he can no longer see his cards.
  • In episode 65, this card appears in the Duel Magazine that Syrus reads.
  • In episode 67, Aster uses this card during his Duel against Jaden. He summons this card on the first turn of the duel. Aster then activates this card's effect to check the top card of his Deck. The card is revealed to be "Graceful Charity". Aster then sends "Graceful Charity" to the Graveyard and becomes allowed to activate the effect of "Graceful Charity" on his next turn. Later this card, "Destiny HERO - Doom Lord" and "Destiny HERO - Captain Tenacious" all attack directly. In the next episode, Aster Tributes this card in order to Tribute Summon "Destiny HERO - Double Dude". After Aster uses the effect of Jaden's "The Shallow Grave" to Special Summon "Dreadmaster" from his Graveyard, the latter monster's effect activates, destroying the two Double Dude Tokens and Special Summoning this card and "Captain Tenacious" from Aster's Graveyard. On Aster's next turn, he Tributes this card, "Dreadmaster", and "Destiny HERO - Defender" in order to Special Summon "Destiny HERO - Dogma".
  • In episode 98, Aster uses this card during his Duel against the D. He Special Summons this card via "D - Spirit". Aster then activates this card's effect to check the top card of his Deck. The card is revealed to be "Pot of Greed". Aster then sends "Pot of Greed" to the Graveyard and becomes allowed to activate the effect of "Pot of Greed" on his next turn. Aster then activates "Over Destiny" to target the "Destiny HERO - Malicious" in his Graveyard and Special Summon "Captain Tenacious". Aster then banishes "Malicious" from his Graveyard in order to Special Summon another "Malicious" from his Deck. He then Tributes this card, "Destiny HERO - Captain Tenacious", and "Destiny HERO - Malicious" in order to Special Summon "Destiny HERO - Dogma". Later Aster Special Summons this card and "Captain Tenacious" from his Graveyard via the effect of "Destiny HERO - Dreadmaster". After the D activates "D - Force" and places it on top of his Deck, he activates "Unfair Judge" to conduct another Battle Phase and allow "Destiny HERO - Plasma" to attack every monster Aster controls once each. "Destiny HERO - Plasma" then attacks and destroys this card, "Captain Tenacious", and "Destiny HERO - Dreadmaster".
    • This card also appears in Aster's thoughts when he reminds himself that he believes in the Destiny HERO monsters left by his father.
  • In episode 101, this card appears in Aster's thoughts when he tells Sartorius that the Destiny HERO monsters that his father dreamed up were friends to him.

Season 3[edit]

  • In episode 105, this card appears in a flashback Jaden has when he notes that even though he lost to Aster when the latter used his real Deck, it gave him the chance to see the Neo-Spacians who later became his friends.
  • In episode 144, Aster uses this card during his duel against Adrian Gecko. He Normal Summons this card in Attack Position. Aster then activates this card's effect to check the top card of his Deck. The card is revealed to be "Destiny Draw". Aster then sends "Destiny Draw" to the Graveyard and becomes allowed to activate the effect of "Destiny Draw" on his next turn. This card then attacks and destroys "Vortex Trooper". The second effect of "Vortex Trooper" activates, letting Adrian draw one card. On Aster's next turn, he activates this card's effect to check the top card of his Deck. the card is revealed to be "Doctor D". "Doctor D" is then sent to the Graveyard and becomes allowed to activate the effect of "Doctor D" on his next turn. Aster then Normal Summons "Destiny HERO - Dunker" and activates its effect to send "Destiny HERO - Disk Commander" from his hand to the Graveyard and inflict 500 damage to Adrian. Aster then activates "Clock Tower Prison" and activates two "Eternal Dreads" to place four Clock Counters on "Clock Tower Prison". Aster then activates "Mystical Space Typhoon" to destroy "Clock Tower Prison". Aster then activates the final effect of "Clock Tower Prison" to Special Summon "Destiny HERO - Dreadmaster". Aster then activates the first effect of "Dreadmaster" to Special Summon "Disk Commander" from his Graveyard. The effect of "Disk Commander" then activates, letting Aster draw two cards. Due to the last effect of "Dreadmaster", its ATK and DEF becomes equal to the original ATK of all Aster's other Destiny HERO monsters. "Dunker" then attacks and destroys "Deep Diver". This card and "Disk Commander" then attack directly. In the next episode, Aster Tributes this card, "Dunker", and "Disk Commander" in order to Special Summon "Dogma".

Season 4[edit]

  • In episode 166, Aster uses this card during his duel against Chazz Princeton. He Normal Summons this card in Attack Position. Aster then activates this card's effect to check the top card of his Deck. The card is revealed to be "Destiny Draw". Aster then sends "Destiny Draw" to the Graveyard and becomes allowed to activate the effect of "Destiny Draw" on his next turn. Later "Masked Dragon" attacks this card, causing both monsters to be destroyed in a Double KO. After "Clock Tower Prison" is destroyed by the second effect of "Destiny HERO - Dread Servant", Aster activates the final effect of "Clock Tower Prison" to Special Summon "Destiny HERO - Dreadmaster". Aster then activates the first effect of "Dreadmaster" to Special Summon this card, and "Dread Servant" from his Graveyard. On Aster's next turn, this card attacks and destroys Chazz's third "Masked Dragon". Later "Armed Dragon LV5" attacks and destroys this card.
