- In the anime, this card is the original form of Celina's bracelet.
- During the flashback in episode 127, Ray Akaba used this card along with "En Flowers", "En Birds", and "En Winds" to separate Supreme King Z-ARC, the Four Dimensional Dragons, the world, and herself into four, creating the Four Dimensions along with her and Z-ARC's dimensional counterparts.
- In episode 139, this card was in Leo Akaba's opening hand as he prepared to Duel Z-ARC, who had been reincarnated in the body of Yuya Sakaki. He had intended to activate this card after using "Spirit Collapse" to send "Master Spirit Tech Force - Pendulum Ruler" from his Extra Deck to the Graveyard. However, Z-ARC anticipated this and activated "Supreme Disdain", which sent cards from Leo's hand to the Graveyard equal to the number of "Supreme King" cards Z-ARC controlled. As Z-ARC controlled 4 "Supreme King" cards, Leo sent this card, "En Flowers", "En Winds", and "En Birds" from his hand to the Graveyard. "Supreme Disdain" then inflicted 300 damage to Leo per card sent this way. With 4 sent, Leo took 1200 damage and was defeated.
- In episode 140, Ray used this card in her Duel against Z-ARC while inhabiting the body of Riley Akaba. She set "En Flowers", "En Birds", "En Winds", and this card from her Graveyard using "Life Transformation". After activating "En Flowers", "En Birds", and "En Winds", she activated this card, causing all Fusion Monsters that were currently on the field, in the Graveyard, or that are banished to become Normal Monsters and have their effects negated. As a result, "Supreme King Dragon Starving Venom" and "Supreme King Z-ARC" lost their designations as Fusion Monsters. This card remained face-up on the field until the Duel was over.
