Card Appearances:Exodius the Ultimate Forbidden Lord
- In episode 145, Adrian Gecko uses this card during his Duel against Aster Phoenix. He Special Summons this card via the effect of "Ritual of the Ultimate Forbidden Lord". Due to this card's fourth effect, its ATK becomes 2000 since there are two Forbidden One monsters in Adrian's Graveyard. This card then attacks "Destiny HERO - Disk Commander". Adrian then activates this card's third effect to send "Right Leg of the Forbidden One" from his hand to the Graveyard, which increase this card's ATK by 1000. This card then destroys "Disk Commander". Later "Destiny HERO - Dogma" attacks this card, but due to this card's first effect, it is not destroyed, however Adrian still takes Battle Damage. Later this card attacks "Dogma". Adrian then activates this card's third effect to send "Left Leg of the Forbidden One" from his hand to the Graveyard, which increase this card's ATK by 1000. This card then destroys "Dogma". After Aster Special Summons "Destiny HERO - Plasma", he activates "Drain Time" and declares Battle Phase for its effect to make both players skip their next Battle Phase. On the last turn of the duel, This card attacks "Destiny HERO - Plasma", but Aster activates "Plasma Discharger" to end the Battle Phase, however Adrian activates "Rage of the Forbidden One" to negate the effect of "Plasma Dischager". This card then attacks "Destiny HERO - Plasma". Adrian then activates this card's third effect to send "Exodia the Forbidden One" from his hand to the Graveyard, which increases this card's ATK to 5000. This card then destroys "Plasma". Since Adrian sent all five Exodia pieces to his Graveyard and this card was face-up on the field, Adrian automatically won the Duel.
- In episode 149, Adrian uses this card during his Duel against Jesse Anderson while the latter was possessed by Yubel. He Special Summons this card via the effect of "Ritual of the Ultimate Forbidden Lord". Since there are two Forbidden one cards in Adrian's Graveyard, this card's ATK became 2000. Adrian then activates "Burden of the Mighty" to decrease the ATK of "Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder" by 1000 (as it was a Level 10 monster). This card then attacks "Hamon". Adrian then activates the third effect of this card to send "Left Arm of the Forbidden One" to the Graveyard, which increases this card's ATK to 3000. Jesse then activates "Delta Barrier", whose effect activates two more copies from her Graveyard. Jesse then activates the second effect of Delta Barrier" to prevent "Hamon's" destruction. Due to this card's first effect, it is not destroyed either. After Jesse activates the second effect of "Eternal Reverse" to set "Burden of the Mighty", the ATK of "Uria, Lord of Searing Flames" and "Hamon" return to their original values. Jesse then activates the second effect of "Uria" to destroy "Burden of the Mighty". He then uses "Hamon" to attack this card. Due to this card's first effect, it is not destroyed, however Adrian still takes Battle Damage. Later this card attacks "Uria". Adrian then activates the third effect of this card to send "Right Leg of the Forbidden One" from his Deck to the Graveyard, which increases this card's ATK to 4000. Jesse then sends "Eternal Reverse" to the Graveyard in order to prevent "Uria's" destruction, but he still takes Battle Damage from the attack. Later Jesse activates the third effect of "Chaos Phantasm Armityle" to switch control of it to Adrian until the End Phase. On Jesse's End Phase, the last effect of Armityle" banishes this card and returns "Armityle" to Jesse's side of the field. Due to the last effect of this card, it is sent to the Graveyard instead.
- This card is also shown in a flashback Adrian has when he remembers obtaining Exodia and sacrificing Echo to do so.
- Its attack name in the dub is Lightning Fire Flash. In the Japanese version, it is called Lightning Flash of the Heavens - Exxod Blast 「天上の雷火 エクゾード・ブラスト」.
