- In episode 59, Yuma Tsukumo uses this card during his Duel against Nistro. When "Heroic Champion - Kusanagi" attacks "Gagaga Cowboy", Yuma activates "Overlay Buster" to increase the ATK of "Gagaga Cowboy" by 500, but Nistro activates the effect of "Heroic Champion - Kusanagi" to negate and destroy "Overlay Buster" and increase its ATK by 500. Yuma then activates this card to prevent "Gagaga Cowboy" from being destroyed in battle this turn, though he still takes damage.
