- In episode 192, Leon von Schroeder uses this card during his duel against Rebecca Hawkins. He Normal Summons this card in Attack Position. This card then attacks and destroys "Fire Princess". Leon then activates this card's first effect to equip "Fire Princess" onto it. "Luster Dragon" then attacks and destroys this card. This activates this card's second effect, Special Summoning "Fire Princess" from Rebecca's Graveyard to her side of the field. Later Rebecca activates "The Shallow Grave" to revive "Luster Dragon" while Leon uses the effect of "The Shallow Grave" to revive this card. On Leon's next turn, he switches this card to Attack Position. After "Cinderella" attacks directly via the effect of "Pumpkin Carriage", the first effect of "Glass Slippers" activates, equipping itself onto "Luster Dragon 2" and decreasing its ATK by 1000. This card then attacks and destroys "Luster Dragon 2". Leon then activates this card's first effect to equip "Luster Dragon 2" onto it. Later Rebecca activates "Tribute to the Doomed" to destroy this card. This activates this card's second effect, Special Summoning "Luster Dragon 2" from Rebecca's Graveyard to her side of the field.
- This card is also shown in a flashback Arthur Hawkins had when he noted to himself that Leon is a difficult opponent due to him easily breaking Rebecca's combo and damaging her Life Points.
- In episode 196, Leon uses this card during his duel against Yami Yugi. He summons this card on the first turn of the duel. "Chimera the Flying Mythical Beast" then attacks and destroys this card. In the next episode, this card appears within a backstory flashback explained by Leon. It was about how the Fairy Tale Duel Monster Cards were created thanks to a letter Leon sent to Pegasus and how Leon obtained those cards. In the following episode, Leon activates the effect of "Golden Castle of Stromberg" to Special Summon another copy of this card. "Golden Castle of Stromberg" then forces Leon's monsters to attack. After "Cinderella" (whose ATK was 1300 due to it being equipped with "Glass Slippers") attacks directly, this card attacks directly, but Yugi activates "Dark Magic Retribution" to Special Summon "Dark Magician Girl" from the Graveyard and use it to intercept the attack. "Dark Magician Girl" then destroys this card.
- In the first above-mentioned episode, this card is shown within Leon's backstory flashback when he explains how he became fascinated into Duel Monsters after discovering the game.
- In the English dubbed version of the anime, this monster's attack name is "Fairy Tale Fang" .
