- In episode 38, "Fortune Fairy Chee" is shown transforming into this card as Carly Carmine transforms into a Dark Signer.
- In episode 58, Carly uses this card during her Turbo Duel against Jack Atlas. She Tribute Summons this card by Tributing "Fortune Lady Light". Carly then Special Summons "Fortune Lady Dark" from her Deck due to the last effect of "Fortune Lady Light". Since this card is Level 6, its ATK and DEF become 2400 due to its effect. Since "Fortune Lady Dark" is Level 5, its ATK and DEF become 2000 due to its effect. This card then attacks directly. "Fortune Lady Dark" then attacks directly, but Jack activates the effect of "Ogre of the Scarlet Sorrow" to Special Summon it from his hand. The ATK and DEF of "Ogre of the Scarlet Sorrow" then become equal to the Battle Damage Jack took from the direct attack made by this card. On Carly's next Standby Phase, this card's Level increases by 1, increasing this card's ATK and DEF by an additional 400. This activates this card's last effect, inflicting 400 damage to Jack. This card then attacks and destroys "Ogre of the Scarlet Sorrow". Carly then activates "Enlightenment" to allow her monster to attack again. Playing "Enlightenment" causes Jack to see a vision of what will happen if he loses. While this vision is occurring, this card attacks directly, but at the last moment Jack breaks out of the trance since he saw Carly's glasses. Jack then activates "Changing Destiny" to negate the attack. In the next episode, the second effect of "Changing Destiny" activates, allowing Carly to choose on either increasing her Life Points by the ATK of this card or inflicting the ATK of this card as damage to Jack. Right when Carly was about to choose on using the effect that would defeat Jack, she regains her senses and chooses the other option, increasing her Life Points by the ATK of this card. Carly tries to forfeit the Duel, but the Envoy of the Netherworld refuses to allow this and possesses Carly. Carly then activates "Speed Spell - Curse of Fate" to put two Cursed Counters on this card. She then explains that she will remove one Cursed Counter on her next turn to inflict damage to Jack equal to half of this card's ATK. After Jack Synchro Summons "Red Dragon Archfiend", Carly activates "Class Change" to increase this card's Level by 1, increasing this card's ATK and DEF by an additional 400. This activates this card's last effect, inflicting 400 damage to Jack. Jack then activates "Speed Spell - Half Seize" to halve this card's ATK and increase his Life Points by the amount this card lost. "Red Dragon Archfiend" then attacks and destroys this card.
