- When this card is equipped to a monster in the anime, it latches onto that monster's chest.
- In episode 117, Rin uses this card in her Duel against Yugo. She Special Summons it through the effect of "Call of the Windwitch", and subsequently Fusion Summons "Windwitch - Crystal Bell", treating it as "Windwitch - Winter Bell" through its own effect. Due to its second effect, Rin equips this card to "Crystal Bell", which prevents the equipped monster from being destroyed by battle or card effect by destroying this card on its place. Later, when "Crystal Bell" would be destroyed by the effect of "Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon", she destroys this card instead. This card is later Special Summoned back to the field along with "Winter Bell" through the effect of "Crystal Bell". As it was Special Summoned, Rin then Fusion Summons a second "Crystal Bell" with this card's effect.
- In episode 119, Lulu Obsidian uses this card in her Duel against Shay Obsidian. She Special Summons it through the effect of "Lyrilusc - Bird Song", and subsequently Fusion Summons "Lyrilusc - Independent Nightingale", treating it as "Lyrilusc - Assembled Nightingale" through its own effect. Due to its second effect, Lulu equips this card to "Independent Nightingale", which prevents the equipped monster from being destroyed by battle or card effect by destroying this card on its place. Later, Shay activates the effect of "Raidraptor - Stranger Falcon" to destroy "Independent Nightingale", which Lulu attempts to counter by destroying this card instead, but is stopped by her subconsciousness. The effect of "Stranger Falcon" then resolves, destroying "Independent Nightingale" along with this card.

Lulu Special Summons her first copy from her Deck through "Parasite Discharge", and subsequently Fusion Summons "Lyrilusc - Independent Nightingale", treating it as "Lyrilusc - Assembled Nightingale" through its own effect. Due to its second effect, Lulu equips this card to "Independent Nightingale", which prevents the equipped monster from being destroyed by battle or card effect by destroying this card on its place. Later, Celina draws this card and subsequently Normal Summons it in Attack Position. She then activates "Parasite Factory" and uses her copy with Lulu's "Independent Nightingale" that was equipped with hers to Fusion Summon "Parasite Queen" in Attack Position. Due to the effect of "Factory", she equips "Queen" with the two copies of this card in the Graveyards, granting it 600 ATK through its own effect and preventing it from being destroyed by battle or card effect by destroying this card instead. Later, in episode 125, Celina destroys one copy of this card to prevent "Queen" from being destroyed by Yuto's "Single Destruction". She then uses the effect of "Queen" to equip the other copy on "Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon", reducing its ATK by 800. Celina then activates "Power Parasite" to equip the first copy in the Graveyard on "Queen", which grants it 600 ATK. The two copies then are destroyed by Celina and Yuto to prevent "Queen" and "Dark Rebellion" from being destroyed by the latter's "The Phantom Knights' Round Blaze". On Lulu's turn, she uses the effect of "Factory" to equip her second copy from her Deck on "Queen", granting it 300 ATK and gaining control of it. Lulu then activates "Parasite Reborn" to equip the two copies in the Graveyards on "Dark Rebellion", which reduces its ATK by 1600 while increasing the ATK of "Queen" by 600. On Celina's turn, she uses the effect of "Factory" to equip her second copy from her Deck on "Queen", granting it 300 ATK and regaining control of it. On the last turn of the Duel, the four copies are equipped to Yuya's "The Phantom Knights of Wrong Magnetring" and subsequently Tributed, allowing him to draw two cards. Celina then Special Summons her third copy from her Deck through the effect of "Parasite Spell", which Lulu then chains with "Parasite Generator" to Special Summon her third copy from her Deck as well as all four copies from their Graveyards, treating each "Fusion Parasite" as two, granting "Queen" a total of 3600 ATK. Later, Yuya destroys all the copies through the effect of "Odd-Eyes Raging Dragon".
