- In episode 1, Yusei Fudo uses this card during his Turbo Duel against Tetsu Trudge. He uses this card to revive "Speed Warrior". After "Speed Warrior" is tuned with "Junk Synchron" in order to Synchro Summon "Junk Warrior", this card is destroyed.
- This card was the first Trap Card that Yusei successfully played.
- In episode 3, Yusei uses this card during his Turbo Duel against Trudge. He uses this card to revive "Speed Warrior". After "Speed Warrior" is tuned with "Junk Synchron" in order to Synchro Summon "Junk Warrior", this card is destroyed.
- In episode 17, this card is shown in Yusei's hand during his Turbo Duel against Hunter Pace.
- In episode 27, Yusei sets this card during his Ground Duel against Grady while the latter was a Shadow Drone. In the next episode, Yusei uses this card to revive "Speed Warrior". After Yusei tunes "Sonic Chick", "Quillbolt Hedgehog" and "Speed Warrior" with "Nitro Synchron" in order to Synchro Summon "Nitro Warrior", this card is destroyed.
- In episode 32, this card appears in a flashback Yusei has when he tells Crow Hogan that in any Shadow Duel that involves the Dark Signers, the players risks his/her life. Yusei then explains When a Dark Signer is Dueled against, the battle takes away a person's life and the player's soul is put at risk.
- In episode 67, this card is shown flying out of Yusei's Deck while he and his friends were testing out a Duel Runner and it malfunctioned.
- In episode 81, Yusei uses this card during his Ground Duel against the Guard Robot. He activates this card to revive "Speed Warrior", but the Guard Robot activates "Malfunction" to negate this card's effect and return this card to its original position. As a result of this, "Speed Warrior" returns to the Graveyard. In the next episode, Yusei activates "Double Cyclone" to destroy this card and "Counter Force", but the Guard Robot activates "Solemn Judgment" to negate "Double Cyclone" and destroy it. After Yusei switches "Lock Dragon" to Attack Position via the effect of "Earthquake Giant", he activates "Panic Wave" to destroy this card and negate the effects of all Continuous Spell Cards and Continuous Trap Cards the Guard Robot controls.
- In episode 122, Yusei uses this card during his Turbo Duel against Taro Yamashita. When "Zushin the Sleeping Giant" attacks "Stardust Dragon" (Due to the effect of "Zushin the Sleeping Giant", its ATK becomes equal to the ATK of the monster it's battling plus 1000 until the end of the Damage Step), Yusei activates this card to revive "Tuningware". Yusei then activates "Urgent Tuning" to allow himself to immediateely Synchro Summon a Synchro Monster during the Battle Phase. Yusei then tunes "Tuningware" with "Turbo Synchron" in order to Synchro Summon "Formula Synchron". After that is done, this card is destroyed due to its last effect.
- In episode 136, Yusei uses this card during his Turbo Duel against Aporia. He draws this card via the second effect of "Mystic Piper" after drawing "Sonic Chick" via the first effect of "Mystic Piper". Yusei then activates "Ghoul Summoner" to revive "Black-Winged Dragon" and equip it with "Ghoul Summoner". Yusei then activates the last effect of "Ghoul Summoner" to discard "Sonic Chick" and revive "Red Nova Dragon" as well as take damage equal to the ATK of "Red Nova Dragon". Yusei then uses the effect of "Black-Winged Dragon" to nullify the damage and place one Black Feather Counter on "Black-Winged Dragon" as well as decrease "Black-Winged Dragon's" ATK by 700. Yusei then activates the last effect of "Ghoul Summoner" to discard this card and revive "Shooting Star Dragon" as well as take damage equal to the ATK of "Shooting Star Dragon". Yusei then uses the effect of "Black-Winged Dragon" to nullify the damage and place one Black Feather Counter on "Black-Winged Dragon" as well as decrease "Black-Winged Dragon's" ATK by 700.
- In episode 144, Yusei uses this card during his Turbo Duel against Antinomy. He uses this card to revive "Unknown Synchron". After Yusei tunes "Stardust Xiaolong" with "Unknown Synchron" in order to Synchro Summon "Formula Synchron", this card is destroyed.
