- In episode 80, Jean-Claude Magnum uses this card during his Duel against Mai Valentine. He equips this card onto "Ninja Master Shogun". He then tributes "Ninja Soldier Katana" to activate this card's effect, which allows "Ninja Master Shogun" to attack directly this turn. Later Magnum Normal Summons "Kunoichi Ayame the Ninja Girl" and prepares to Tribute her in order to activate this card's effect, but Mai activates "Grave Arm" to destroy "Kunoichi Ayame" before Magnum could Tribute "Kunoichi Ayame". Mai then points out that this card's effect prevents "Ninja Master Shogun" from protecting Magnum's Life Points if it is the only monster he controls, which allows her to perform her winning move.
