- In episode 200, Yami Bakura uses this card during his duel against Seto Kaiba. He equips this card onto "Lord of D.", negating its effects. Yami Bakura then equips his Doppelganger Token (who had the stats and effects of "Diabound Kernel") onto "Blue-Eyes White Dragon", decreasing the latter's ATK by 1800. "Diabound Kernel" then attacks "Blue-Eyes White Dragon", but Kaiba activates "Attack Guidance Armor" to redirect the attack to "Lord of D.", destroying it instead. Since "Lord of D." was removed from the field, this card was destroyed. This card's second effect then activates, inflicting 500 damage to Kaiba.
