- In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode 175: "Grappling with a Guardian - Part 2", Rafael uses this card during his Duel against Yami Yugi. He Special Summons this card in Defense Position via its first effect after "Amulet Dragon" attacks and destroys "Guardian Eatos". This card then gained 500 ATK due to "The Seal of Orichalcos". Rafael then activates this card's second effect to take "Reaper Scythe - Dreadscythe" from his Deck and equip it to this card. Due to the effect of "Reaper Scythe - Dreadscythe", this card gains 500 ATK since a monster was in Rafael's Graveyard. Rafael then switches this card to Attack Position and activates this card's final effect to destroy all other monsters on his field, which made this card's ATK 5500. This card then attacks and destroys "Amulet Dragon". On Rafael's next turn, he activates "Obedience" to allow him to switch the battle position of "Dark Magician Girl" when this card attacks. This card then attacks "Dark Magician Girl". The effect of "Obedience" then activates, switching "Dark Magician Girl" to Attack Position, but Yami Yugi activates "Magical Pigeon" to return his monster to his hand and Special Summon two "Pigeon Tokens". This card then destroys one of the tokens. Later Yami Yugi activates "Underworld Circle" to destroy all monsters on the field and banish every monster in both players' decks. In the next episode, Rafael immediately activates this card's effect to discard one card and prevent this card's destruction. Later this card attacks "Dark Magician", but Yami Yugi activates "Zero Gravity" to switch the battle positions of all monsters on the field, which causes all monsters on the field to switch to Defense Position. Rafael then activates "Spirit Hunting" to switch this card to Attack Position and destroy both of Yami Yugi's monsters as they were in Defense Position. Later "Dark Magician Girl the Dragon Knight" attacks this card. Yami Yugi then activates the effect of "Dark Magician Girl the Dragon Knight", discarding a card from his hand to destroy this card at the start of the Damage Step without applying damage calculation. Rafael then immediately uses this card's effect to discard one card and prevent this card's destruction. After Rafael equips "Orichalcos Sword of Sealing" onto Yami Yugi's "Dark Magician Girl the Dragon Knight" in order to negate its effects, this card attacks and destroys "Dark Magician Girl the Dragon Knight", but Yami Yugi activates "Reduction Barrier" to reduce the Battle Damage he would take by 10%. After Yami Yugi activates "Monster Reborn" to revive "Guardian Eatos", this card's ATK decreases to 5000. Yami Yugi then activates "Claw of Hermos" to fuse it with "Queen's Knight" in order to create "Goddess Bow" which he equips onto "Eatos". Due to the effect of "Goddess Bow", the ATK of "Guardian Eatos" is doubled. Since "Guardian Eatos" was removed from the Graveyard, this card's ATK decreased to 5000. "Guardian Eatos" then attacks this card, but Rafael immediately uses this card's effect to discard a card and prevent this card's destruction. Yami Yugi then activates the effect of "Goddess Bow" to prevent “Guardian Eatos” from being destroyed when this card is not destroyed and allow "Eatos" to attack again every time it fails to destroy this card. With each attack, Rafael is forced to discard a card from his hand until his hand becomes empty. Once that happened, both this card and "Eatos" were destroyed in a Double KO and were banished. This also removes the darkness’s influence over Rafael as it was corrupting his mind after “Eatos” was destroyed.
- In the second above-mentioned episode, this monster appeared within the flashback that was shown to Rafael and Yami Yugi. It was about how Dartz made Rafael one of his most loyal servants and how he made Rafael descend down into darkness. After a younger Rafael plays "The Seal of Orichalcos", Eatos' spirit is enveloped in flames and dragged down into a hole Rafael created. This monster then rises out of the hole in Eatos' place and Dartz declares to Rafael that this monster will be his new guardian.
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode 222: "The Final Duel - Part 2", this card is seen in Yugi Muto's thoughts when he notes that he previously let Yami Yugi do things for him and was always behind him, but now is the first time that he must prove that he does not need Yami Yugi's help and show how much he has grown since he first put the Millennium Puzzle.
