Card Appearances:Harpie Lady Phoenix Formation
- In episode 151, this card appeared in a flashback explained by Mai Valentine. Mai uses this card during her Duel against Maximillion Pegasus. She uses this card to destroy Pegasus's "Thousand-Eyes Restrict" (whose ATK was 3800 due to it being equipped with "Harpie's Pet Dragon" and having the latter's effect) and inflict its total ATK as damage to Pegasus, defeating the latter.
- In episode 152, Mai uses this card during her Duel against Joey Wheeler. She uses this card to destroy Joey's "Panther Warrior" and his two remaining "Sheep Tokens" and inflict their total ATK as damage to Joey. In the next episode, Mai adds this card and "Harpie Lady Sparrow Formation" back to the top of her deck via the effect of Joey's "Compensation Mediation". Later Mai draws this card and decides to defeat Joey with this card. She then activates this card to destroy Joey's Set monster and inflict its total ATK as damage to Joey, but (to Mai's shock) it didn't do any harm to Joey. The monster was then revealed to be "Neko Mane King". Since the latter had 0 ATK, Joey took no damage from this card's effect. The effect of "Neko Mane King" then activates, ending Mai's turn immediately.
- In episode 173, Mai uses this card during her Duel against Joey. She uses this card to destroy Joey's "Gilford the Lightning" and his last "Sheep Token" and inflict their total ATK as damage to Joey. Later, Mai activates "Spell Reproduction" to add this card from her Graveyard to her hand. She then activates this card to destroy "Blue Flame Swordsman" and inflict its total ATK as damage to Joey, but Joey activates "Blue Flame Swordsman's" effect to lower its ATK to 0 and transfer the same amount of ATK to one of Mai's two remaining "Harpie Lady Sisters" on the field, which prevents Joey from losing the Duel.
- In episode 184, this card appears in a flashback Mai has while she remembers ruthlessly using this card to wipe out a large amount of Joey's Life Points during their Duel in the alley.
