Card Appearances:Humanoid Worm Drake
- In episode 65, Strings uses this card during his Duel against Yami Yugi while the former was possessed by Marik Ishtar. He summons this card via "Polymerization". Marik then activates "Quick Attack" to allow this card to attack this turn. This card then attacks "Gazelle the King of Mythical Beasts", but Yami Yugi activates "De-Fusion" to return this card to Strings's Extra Deck and Special Summon "Humanoid Slime" and "Worm Drake" from the Graveyard.
- In episode 67, Strings drops this card from his hand when Marik realizes that he will lose once Strings Decks Out.
- It is strange this card was in Strings' hand as Fusion Monsters can't be in a player's hand during a Duel (they exist in the Extra Deck when not on the field, Graveyard, or banished).
- In episode 109, this card appears in a flashback Leichter has when he explains to Seto Kaiba that his treachery began when Gozaburo Kaiba gave him a large amount of dollars to test Seto's business skills.
- "Humanoid Worm Drake" appears in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Season 2 entrance video.
