Legendary Heroes[edit]

  • In episode 45, during the battle against the Big Five, this card's artwork was seen on the Big Five's "Dragon's Seal" that rendered all monsters except Dragon-type monsters unable to attack.

Battle City[edit]

  • In episode 68, Kaiba uses this card during his Tag Duel with Yami Yugi against two Rare Hunters. After this card is summoned, Kaiba activates two copies of "The Flute of Summoning Dragon" in order to summon three "Blue-Eyes White Dragons" and a "Hyozanryu". On Kaiba's next turn, he Tributes his "Blue-Eyes White Dragons" in order to Tribute Summon "Obelisk the Tormentor". Kaiba then Tributes this card and "Hyozanryu" in order to activate the effect of "Obelisk the Tormentor".

Virtual World[edit]

  • In episode 98, virtual Seto Kaiba uses this card during his Duel against "Total Defense Shogun". He Normal Summons this card in Attack Position. The simulated Kaiba then activates "The Flute of Summoning Dragon" to Special Summon two "Blue-Eyes White Dragons" from his hand. This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.
  • In episode 99, this card appears when Yami Yugi was building his Virtual World Deck for his Duel against Gansley.
  • In episode 108, Kaiba uses this card as his Deck Master during his Duel against Leichter. In the next episode, Kaiba sets a monster and activates this card's Deck Master ability to pay 500 Life Points and allow himself to Normal Summon again this turn. Kaiba then Tributes "Possessed Dark Soul" and his set monster in order to Tribute Summon "Blue-Eyes White Dragon". This card remained on the sidelines until the Duel was over.
    • In the first above-mentioned episode, this card can be seen when Kaiba was building his Virtual World Deck for his Duel against Leichter.
    • In the first above-mentioned episode, this card appears in a flashback explained by Leichter when he reminds Seto that his birthday gift from Gozaburo Kaiba was where all the mistakes made by Seto himself began.
    • In the second above-mentioned episode, this card appears in a flashback Leichter has when he explains to Seto that his treachery began when Gozaburo gave him a large amount of dollars to test Seto's business skills.

Battle City Finals[edit]

  • In episode 132, Kaiba uses this card during his Duel against Yami Yugi. He Normal Summons this card to protect his "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" from Yugi's card effects. "Dark Magician" then attacks this card, but Kaiba activates "Magical Trick Mirror" to activate Yugi's "Monster Reborn" from the Graveyard as Kaiba's card, allowing Kaiba to revive his "Obelisk the Tormentor" and use it to intercept the attack. The attack fails. In the next episode, Kaiba switches this card to Defense Position. Kaiba then activates "The Flute of Summoning Dragon" to Special Summon his other two copies of "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" while Yugi Special Summons "Red-Eyes Black Dragon". One "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" then attacks "Dark Magician", but Yugi activates "Magician's Selection" to negate the attack and destroy this card.

Dawn of the Duel[edit]

  • In episode 200, Kaiba uses this card during his Duel against Yami Bakura. After he summons this card, Kaiba activates "The Flute of Summoning Dragon" to Special Summon "Blue-Eyes White Dragon". Later, Bakura equips this card with "Grief Tablet", negating its effects. After Bakura equips his "Doppelganger Token" (who had the stats and effects of "Diabound Kernel") onto "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" and decreases its ATK by 1800, "Diabound Kernel" attacks Kaiba's "Blue-Eyes White Dragon", but Kaiba activates "Attack Guidance Armor" to redirect the attack to this card, destroying it. The effect of "Grief Tablet" then activates, inflicting 500 damage to Kaiba.
    • This card also appears within Kaiba's briefcase when he opens it up and takes his Duel Disk with him.
