Card Appearances:Number 66: Master Key Beetle
Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL[edit]
- In episode 94, Vector uses this card during his Duel against Yuma Tsukumo (the Vector dueling was actually a clone). He Xyz Summons this card by overlaying "Umbral Horror Unform" and "Umbral Horror Ghoul". After Vector activates "Magical Tomb" to seal up "Rank-Up-Magic Limited Barian's Force", Vector activates this card's second effect to detach an Overlay Unit and prevent "Magical Tomb" from being destroyed by card effects. Later Yuma activates the effect of "Gagaga Girl" to reduce this card's ATK to 0. "Number 39: Utopia" then attacks this card, but Vector activates this card's last effect to send "Magical Tomb" to the Graveyard and prevent this card's destruction. Vector then activates "Corrupted Keys" to target this card and Special Summon three "Umbral Horror Mirage Tokens" that will always have the same ATK value as this card. Later Vector activates "Umbral Horror Refresh" to return this card's ATK to its original value and gains Life Points equal to this card's ATK. This also causes the "Umbral Horror Mirage Tokens" to gain 2500 ATK. After Vector uses "Umbral Horror Retaliation" to destroy "Utopia", this card attacks directly. On the last turn of the Duel, Yuma activates the effect of "Chaos Number 39: Utopia Ray V" to destroy this card and two remaining "Umbral Horror Mirage Tokens" with the help of the fourth effect of "V Salamander". Yuma then activates the final effect of "V Salamander" to inflict damage to Vector equal to the combined ATK of his destroyed monsters on the field, winning Yuma the Duel. After "Vector" capture Ray Shadows, he gives this card to Astral and tells Yuma and Astral if they want to save Ray, they will have to use that card to do so.
- In episode 95, Astral, in the Emperor's Key, looks at this card and wonders why Vector gave this card to him and Yuma. This card then reactivates the Different Dimension Airship, allowing it to be used to travel to other dimensions.
- This card's attack name is "Key Burst" in both the Japanese version and the dub.
