Card Appearances:Poison Butterfly
- In episode 162, Weevil Underwood uses this card during his Duel against Yami Yugi. He Summons this card onto Yami Yugi's side of the field after the effect of "Parasite Caterpillar" fully resolved. Yami Yugi attempts to fuse this card with "The Eye of Timaeus", but "Timaeus" destroys himself due to him abandoning Yami for the selfish actions he made during his previous Duel against Rafael. On Yami's End Phase, this card's last effect inflicted 500 damage to Yami. This card, "Armored Centipede", and "Breaker the Magical Warrior" later lost 100 ATK after Weevil activates "Infestation" (this made the ATK of "Armored Centipede" 2500 and the ATK of "Breaker" 1800). Yami then activates the effect of "Breaker" to remove a Spell Counter on it and destroy "Insect Barrier" (which makes the ATK of "Breaker" 1500). This card then attacks and destroys "Armored Centipede". "Breaker" then attacks directly. Weevil planned to have this card's effect deplete the remainder of Yami Yugi's Life Points on his End Phase, but Yami Yugi defeated Weevil before that even happened thanks to "Berserker Soul".
- This card also appears in a flashback Weevil has when he realizes that Yugi had been planning out his strategy from the very start of his current turn.
