- This card once belonged to Kazuma Tsukumo, but came into Yuma Tsukumo's possession when it rescued Yuma from Eliphas in the Astral World at which point it became a part of Yuma's Deck.
- In episode 118, Yuma draws this card during his Duel against Eliphas. In the next episode, this card was still in Yuma's hand. In the following episode, "New Order 12: Etheric Maahes" attacks "Chaos Number 39: Utopia Ray Victory" (whose ATK was 0 due to "Rank Domination"), but Yuma activates this card's first effect to equip it to "Etheric Maahes" and prevent it from attacking. In the next episode, this card is destroyed after Eliphas uses "Etheric Maahes" for the Xyz Summon of "New Order 13: Etheric Amon" via "Rank-Up-Magic Astral Force". "Etheric Amon" then attacks "Utopia Ray Victory" (whose ATK was 0 due to "Rank Domination"), but Yuma Tributes "Utopia Ray Victory" in order to activate "Purge Ray". A replay occurs and "Etheric Amon" attacks directly, but Yuma activates this card's second effect to revive it. A replay occurs again and Eliphas uses "Etheric Amon" to attack and destroy this card. This card is then banished shortly after.
- In episode 123, Yuma uses this card during his Duel against Mr. Heartland (taking over for Kite). He draws this card via the effect of Kite Tenjo's "Prevent and Draw". "Number 1: Infection Buzz King" then attacks directly, but Yuma activates this card's first effect to equip it to "Infection Buzz King" and prevent it from attacking. After "Number 39: Utopia" attacks and destroys "Infection Buzz King", this card is destroyed. Later an "Infection Bug Token" attacks directly, but Yuma activates this card's second effect to revive it. A replay occurs and Mr. Heartland uses the "Infection Buzz Token" to attack and destroy this card. This card is banished shortly after.
- In episode 130, Yuma uses this card during his Duel against Alito. After he Normal Summons this card, Yuma overlays this card, "Kurivolt" and "Darklon" in order to Xyz Summon "Number 54: Lion Heart". After the latter attacks and Yuma's Life Points hit 0 from the battle damage he took, Yuma activates the final effect of "Lion Heart" by detaching this card. Later "Chaos Number 105: Battlin' Boxer Comet Cestus" attacks directly (after "Lion Heart" was banished by "Dimensional U-Turn"), but Yuma activates this card's second effect to revive it. A replay occurs and Alito uses "Battlin' Boxer Comet Cestus" to attack and destroy this card. This card is banished shortly after.
- In episode 142, Yuma uses this card during his Duel against Nash. He sends this card from his hand to the Graveyard via the effect of "Chaos Number 104: Umbral Horror Masquerade" (which "Chaos Xyz Barian Hope" activated through its third effect). "Barian Hope" attacks directly, but Yuma activates this card's second effect to revive it. A replay occurs and "Barian Hope" attacks and destroys this card. This card is banished shortly after.
