Yu-Gi-Oh![edit]

  • In the anime, its effect allowed it to transform into a living missile to weaken the opponent's monsters. The name of this effect was called either Invincible Mode or Invincible Attack.
  • In the manga, Rocket Warrior's effect decreased the opposing monster's ATK by Rocket Warrior's own ATK, and lasted permanently. This required "Attrition" to be created to duplicate its original abilities.

Battle City[edit]

  • In episode 69, Joey Wheeler uses this card during his Duel against Mako Tsunami. He sets this card in Defense Position. "The Legendary Fisherman" then attacks and destroys this card.
  • In episode 76, Joey uses this card during his Duel against Yugi Muto while the former was possessed by Marik Ishtar. He then uses this monster to attack Yugi's "Red-Eyes B. Dragon". Due to this card's first two effects, it is not destroyed and Joey takes no Battle Damage. After damage calculation, this card's last effect reduces the ATK of "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" by 500. The effect of "Attrition" then decreases the ATK of Red-Eyes B. Dragon" by 1500. In the next episode, "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" regains the 500 ATK it lost from this card's effect during Joey's End Phase. Later Joey uses this card to attack "Beta The Magnet Warrior", but Yugi activates "Magical Arm Shield" to redirect the attack to Joey's "Panther Warrior". Due to this card's first two effects, it is not destroyed and Joey takes no Battle Damage. After damage calculation, this card's last effect reduces the ATK of "Panther Warrior" by 500. The effect of "Attrition" then decreases the ATK of "Panther Warrior" by 1500. On Joey's End Phase, "Panther Warrior" regained the ATK it lost from this card's effect. "Beast of Gilfer" then attacks and destroys this card.
    • This currently marks the only tme where this card's effect expired for any monsters it attacked during a duel. Usually the monster that is attacked by this card is either destroyed by either this card or another monster before the End Phase occurs.
  • In episode 86, Joey uses this card during his Duel against Odion. After Joey summons this monster, he uses it to attack directly, but Odion activates "Eye of Ujat" to redirect the attack to Joey's "Alligator's Sword". Joey then activates "Fairy Box" to put his "Alligator's Sword" in a Whack-a-Mole box. The attack misses, so Joey's "Alligator's Sword" is safe for now. In the next episode, Odion uses two "Embodiments of Apophis" to attack and destroy this card and "Alligator's Sword".

Virtual World[edit]

  • In episode 104, Joey uses this card during his Duel against Johnson. He summons this card in Attack Position. "Gearfried the Iron Knight" (which has 2300 ATK due to the Deck Master ability of "Flame Swordsman") then attacks "Mystical Elf", but Johnson activates the Deck Master ability of "Judge Man" to destroy all monsters Joey controls and inflict 500 damage to Joey for each monster destroyed. Since three were destroyed, Joey takes 1500 damage.

  • In episode 113, this card appears in a flashback Yami Yugi has when he remembers Joey using the Deck Master ability of "Flame Swordsman" to transfer 1000 of its ATK to this card which is why Joey was able to use "Silver Dollar" on "Flame Swordsman" when it intercepted the attack "Berserk Dragon" made on "Dark Magician".
  • In episode 120, Joey is shown using this card when he and his friends get attacked by Gozaburo's chess army. This card and "Dark Magician" then attack together and destroy "Cosmo Queen".

Battle City Finals[edit]

  • In episode 125, Joey uses this card during his Duel against Yami Marik. He Normal Summons this card in Attack Position. Yami Marik then activates "Hidden Soldiers" to Special Summon "Plasma Eel", who equips to "Panther Warrior" shortly after due to its own effect. This card then attacks Marik's "Helpoemer". Due to this card's first two effects, it is not destroyed and Joey does not take any Battle Damage. After damage calculation, this card's last effect reduces the ATK of "Helpoemer" by 500. In the next episode, this card attacks "Drillago". Due to this card's first two effects, it is not destroyed and Joey takes no Battle Damage. After damage calculation, the last effect of "Rocket Warrior" reduces the ATK of "Drillago" by 500. Later, Yami Marik activates "Nightmare Wheel" and targets this card for its effect, immobilizing it. This card is later freed when the effect of "Jinzo" destroys all of Yami Marik's Traps. After Joey's "Jinzo" attacks and destroys Marik's "Legendary Fiend" (whose ATK was 2200 due to its own effect), Joey uses this card and "Baby Dragon" to attack directly, but Marik activates "Dark Wall of Wind" to prevent himself from taking damage from direct attacks this turn. In the following episode, this card and "Lava Golem" were both equipped with a "Plasma Eel" that Yami Marik summoned via "Machine Duplication". After Joey activates "Graceful Dice" to roll a die and he gets a six, "Graceful Dice" multiplies the ATK of "Plasma Eel" by the result, making its ATK 3000. This causes "Machine Duplication" and the equipped "Plasma Eels" to be destroyed since "Plasma Eel" now had more than 500 ATK. Joey then tributes "Panther Warrior", this card, and "Lava Golem" in order to Tribute Summon "Gilford the Lightning".
    • In the second above-mentioned episode, this card is shown in a flashback that Yami Marik has while he was trying to figure out what was the first monster that went to Joey's Graveyard. After his assumption with "Alligator's Sword" was wrong, he deduced that the first monster that went to Joey's Graveyard must have been a card that his "Helpoemer" randomly discarded from Joey's hand.
  • In episode 135, this card is seen in a flashback Yugi has when he remembers Joey's Duel against Yami Marik.
  • In episode 144, this card is shown when Téa Gardner and Serenity Wheeler go through a park. They see this card under the control of a kid Dueling another kid. The former-mentioned kid then Tributes this card in order to Tribute Summon "Jinzo".

Rex then activates "Jurassic Heart" to negate the effect of "Magical Arm Shield" and destroy it. "Horned Saurus" then destroys this card.
  • In episode 170, Joey uses this card during his Duel against Valon. He summons this card in Attack Position. This card then attacks Valon's "Over Boost", but Valon uses the effect of his Armor Monsters to redirect the attack to his "Advanced Shield" (which had 1500 ATK due to "The Seal of Orichalcos"). Due to this card's effect, it can't be destroyed in battle, so only "Advanced Shield" is destroyed. Later "Buster Pyle" attacks this card. Due to the effect of "Buster Pyle", it is not destroyed and Valon takes no Battle Damage from the attack. Valon then activates the second effect of "Buster Pyle", destroying this card and inflicting 500 damage to Joey. In the next episode, Joey activates "Monster Reborn" to revive this card. He then combines this monster with "Claw of Hermos" in order to create "Rocket Hermos Cannon".
