When Sayer summons this card, he chants "Surge my Black Mist of Vengeance! Synchro Summon! Come, Mental Sphere Demon!"
In episode 36, Sayer uses this card during his Ground Duel against Leo. He Synchro Summons this card by tuning "Psychic Snail" with "Psychic Commander" (who was Level 4 due to it being affected by the effect of "Psi-Station"). Sayer then activates "Battle Teleportation" to target this card and allow it to attack directly this turn. This card then attacks directly, defeating Leo.
In episode 39, this card appears in Sayer's thoughts when he formulates what he plans to do so he can win the Duel. Sayer had planned to Synchro Summon this card during his Ground Duel against Carly Carmine by tuning "Magical Android" with "Psychic Commander" after "Psychic Commander" returned via the second effect of "Future Visions". Sayer didn't get the chance to conduct this strategy on his next turn as Carly defeated him before that happened.
- This card is also shown in a flashback Leo has when he remembers that he lost to Sayer before passing out.
In episode 134, this card is shown in the Three Emperors of Yliaster's visions of the future. It is shown on a hologram projection that was being shown to people.
