  • In episode 33, Bronk Stone uses this card during his Battle Royal Duel against Caswell Francis and Quattro. He Xyz Summons this card by overlaying "Aye-Iron" and two copies of "Tin Goldfish". This card then gains 200 ATK due to "Xyz Colosseum". Bronk then activates this card's effect to detach an Overlay Unit and switch Quattro's set "Gimmick Puppet Princess" to Attack Position. This card then attacks and destroys "Gimmick Puppet Princess". Quattro then activates "Puppet Repair" to Special Summon another "Gimmick Puppet Princess". Bronk then activates this card's effect to detach an Overlay Unit and switch "Gimmick Puppet Princess" to Attack Position. Later Quattro activates the effect of "Number 15: Gimmick Puppet Giant Grinder" to destroy all other Xyz Monsters on the field and inflict damage to the destroyed monsters' controllers equal to the combined ATK of the destroyed monsters. Quattro then activates the effect of both his "Gimmick Puppet Princesses" to banish both copies from his Graveyard and revive this card and "Antidote Nurse" to their respective owners' control. Both revived monsters then gain 200 ATK due to "Xyz Colosseum". Quattro then activates the effect of "Number 15: Gimmick Puppet Giant Grinder" to destroy all other Xyz Monsters on the field and inflict damage to the destroyed monsters' controllers equal to the combined ATK of the destroyed monsters, winning him the Duel.
    • This card is also seen in one of the many World Duel Carnival profile pictures that Quattro throws into the air and sticks to the wall with thrown cards.
  • In episode 42, this card appears in a flashback Tori Meadows has when she recognizes "Number 15: Gimmick Puppet Giant Grinder" as the same monster that brutally hurt Bronk and Caswell.
  • In episode 81, Bronk uses this card during the Beach Volleyball Field event in the Friendship Games.
  • In episode 91, this card appears in Bronk's fantasy of defeating Shark in order for him to accept Bronk on being with Rio Kastle. In the fantasy, this card attacks directly and wins Bronk the Duel.
  • In episode 95, Bronk summons this card to stop the Duel Monsters that Vector sent to attack the Different Dimension Airship.
  • In episode 121, this card appears in Shark's memories as he remembers his fond memories with Yuma Tsukumo, Astral, and Kite Tenjo before he ultimately chooses to help Barian World.
  • In episode 144, Bronk offers this card to Yuma for his upcoming Duel against Astral, but Yuma declines as he wishes to defeat Astral through his own power.
