- In the international anime, the skin armor on this card's breasts and waistline are changed to covered up the entire chest and stomach area.
- In episode 119, Thelonious Viper uses this card during his Duel against Jaden Yuki. He Special Summons this card via "Rise of the Snake Deity". Since there are six Reptile-type monsters in Viper's Graveyard, this card gains 3000 ATK. This card then attacks and destroys "Elemental HERO Wildedge" (whose ATK was 2100 due to the effect of "Venom Swamp"). This card's last effect then activates and Viper tells Jaden he will get a Automatic Win after two turns. On Jaden's next turn, he activates the effect of "Necro Shot" to banish two "Venom Serpents" and one "Venom Snake" from Viper's Graveyard. After that resolves, "Necro Shot" is destroyed. With three Reptiles banished, this card's ATK decreased by 1500. "Elemental HERO Darkbright" then attacks and destroys this card. Viper then activates this card's first effect to banish the last "Venom Snake" in his Graveyard and revive this card. Viper then activates "Snake Rain" to send four Reptile type monsters in his Deck to the Graveyard and increase this card's ATK by 2000. This card then attacks and destroys "Darkbright". Jaden then activates the last effect of "Darkbright" to destroy this card, but it doesn't work due to this card being unaffected by card effects. On the last turn of the Duel, "Elemental HERO Magma Neos" (whose ATK was 4600 due to its own effect) attacks and destroys this card, winning Jaden the duel.
- In episode 139, this card is seen in a flashback within Jaden's mind when he remembers Viper telling him that people who fight for no reason can't fight again when they lose interest and Jaden doesn't carry something that becomes power when he is in danger.
- In episode 180, this card is shown in a series of flashbacks Jaden has when he notes to himself that a Duel isn't fun for everyone and that he knows that there is a serious responsibility in a Duel. In order to prepare for that, Jaden had to become more like an adult, but there is something that must not be forgotten.
