Card Appearances:Volcanic Rat
- In episode 129, Axel Brodie uses this card while he was assisting Jesse Anderson in the search for the "Rainbow Dragon" card. When a "Sand Doodlebug" tries to sink down the capsule containing the "Rainbow Dragon" card into the sand, Axel shoots three copies of this card to destroy this monster, but this doesn't affect the "Sand Doodlebug".
- In episode 169, Trueman uses two copies of this card during his Duel against Axel. He sends this card, "Volcanic Cyclone", and "Volcanic Shell" from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard via the effect of his "Volcanic Wall". Later "Volcanic Slicer" attacks directly, but Trueman activates the effect of "Firewall" to banish this card from his Graveyard and negate the attack. Later Trueman sends "Volcanic Hammerer", "Bonfire", and another copy of this card from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard via the effect of "Volcanic Wall". On the last turn of the Duel, Axel activates "Big Volcano" to Special Summon this card and "Volcanic Hammerer" from Trueman's Graveyard to his side of the field. This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.
- This card is also shown in a flashback Axel has when he tells Trueman if he is going to impersonate his father, he shouldn't forget the strategy that he taught Axel.
