Card Appearances:Volcanic Scattershot
- In episode 109, Axel Brodie uses this card during his duel against Jaden Yuki. He activates the effect of "Tri-Blaze Accelerator" to send this card from his hand to the Graveyard and destroy Jaden's "Elemental HERO Avian" as well as inflict 500 damage to Jaden. This card's first effect then activates, inflicting 500 damage to Jaden. This card's second effect then activates, allowing Axel to send two more copies of this card from his Deck to the Graveyard and destroy Jaden's "Elemental HERO Neos" and "Neo-Spacian Flare Scarab". The first effects of the two copies then activate, inflicting 1000 damage to Jaden (500 for each copy sent to the Graveyard).
- In episode 125, Axel uses this card during his duel against Laughter Mask. He activates "Fire Recovery" to discard this card and Special Summon "Fire Trooper" from his Graveyard. This activates this card's effect, inflicting 500 damage to Laughter Mask. Axel then activates the effect of "Fire Trooper" to send it to the Graveyard and inflict 1000 damage to Laughter Mask. Axel then activates a second copy of "Fire Recovery" to discard another copy of this card and Special Summon the first copy from his Graveyard. This activates the second copy's effect, inflicting 500 damage to Laughter Mask. The first copy remained on the field until the Duel was over.
- In episode 129, Axel uses this card when he and Jesse Anderson were trying to find the capsule containing the "Rainbow Dragon" card. Axel fires three copies of this card to destroy the "Insect Soldiers of the Sky", "Whiptail Crow" and "Dark Chimera" that were attacking them.
- In episode 142, Axel uses this card during his duel against Skull Knight. He activates the effect of "Tri-Blaze Accelerator" to send this card from his hand to the Graveyard and destroy Skull Knight's Set "Magical Merchant" as well as inflict 500 damage to Skull Knight, but Skull Knight activates "Reverse Effector" to flip his "Magical Merchant" face-up. This activates its Flip Effect, allowing Skull Knight to pick up cards from the top of his Deck until he picks up a Spell or Trap Card which will be added to his hand while any monsters he picks up will be sent to the Graveyard. Skull Knight picks up 12 Normal Monsters and "Synthesis Spell", so the latter card is added to his hand while the 12 monsters are sent to the Graveyard. After that resolves, "Reverse Effector" sends "Magical Merchant" to the Graveyard. This negates the effect of "Tri-Blaze Accelerator" as its original target was removed from the field. The effect of this card then activates, inflicting 500 damage to Skull Knight.
- In episode 160, Axel fires this card and "Volcanic Shell" out of his Duel Disk in an attempt to defend Jaden from Honest. After those cards were fired, Axel ran out of cards that he could use to intercept Honest's attacks.
- In episode 169, Axel uses this card during his Duel against Trueman. He sends this card from his hand to the Graveyard in order to activate "Big Volcano". This activates this card's effect, inflicting 500 damage to Trueman.
