Yu-Gi-Oh! GX[edit]

  • In episode 108, Axel Brodie uses this card during his duel against Jaden Yuki. He sends this card from his hand to the Graveyard via "Blaze Accelerator" in order to destroy Jaden's "Elemental HERO Flame Wingman", but Jaden activates "De-Fusion" to return "Flame Wingman" to the Extra Deck and Special Summon "Elemental HERO Avian" and "Elemental HERO Burstinatrix" from his Graveyard. This negates the effect of "Blaze Accelerator" as its original target was removed from the field. Axel then activates this card's effect from his Graveyard in order to add another copy of this card from his Deck to his hand. Axel then sends the second copy from his hand to the Graveyard in order to activate the effect of "Blaze Accelerator", destroying Jaden's "Burstinatrix". In the next episode, "Elemental HERO Avian" attacks directly, but Axel activates "Firewall" to banish one copy from his Graveyard and negate the attack. "Neo-Spacian Flare Scarab" then attacks directly, but Axel activates the effect of "Firewall" to banish the second copy from his Graveyard and negate the attack. On Jaden's next turn, "Elemental HERO Flare Neos" attacks directly, but Axel activates "Burial from a Different Dimension" to return both banished copies of this card and "Infernal Flame Emperor" to his Graveyard. Axel then activates the effect of "Firewall" to banish one copy from his Graveyard and negate the attack. "Avian" then attacks directly, but Axel activates the effect of "Firewall" to banish the second copy from his Graveyard and negate the attack.
    • In the first above-mentioned episode, this card is shown while Axel was training himself while dangling onto a rope that was about to be cut. He draws his first card and declares it's a Level 1 monster. It's revealed to be this card, confirming he was correct. Axel then uses his momentum to swing himself back to the top of the cliff before the rope is completely cut.
    • In the second above-mentioned episode, this card is shown in a flashback Axel has when he notes that Jaden still has a set card that he has had since the first turn of the Duel.
  • In episode 141, Axel fires two copies of this card from his Duel Disk when he attempts to save Maiden of the Aqua from a pack of Fox Fires. It doesn't work as once the copies collided with the foxes, it just made them more stronger than before.
  • In episode 169, Trueman uses this card during his Duel against Axel. He sends this card, "Volcanic Rat", and "Volcanic Cyclone" from the top of his Deck via the effect of "Volcanic Wall". Later "Volcanic Doomfire" attacks directly, but Trueman activates the effect of "Firewall" to banish this card from his Graveyard and negate the attack.
    • This card is also shown in a flashback Axel has when he tells Trueman if he is going to impersonate his father, he shouldn't forget the strategy that he taught Axel.
