In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode 09393: "A Duel with Destiny, Part 1", this card was shown in Ishizu Ishtar's hand during her Duel against Seto Kaiba. This card was in Ishizu's hand originally, but she was forced to send this card to the Graveyard due to Kaiba's "Crush Card Virus". In the next episode, Ishizu activates "Exchange of the Spirit" to swap the cards in both players' Decks with the cards in both players' Graveyards. Later Ishizu Normal Summons this card in Attack Position. This card then attacks and destroys Kaiba's "Dark Gremlin". Ishizu would then secretly infect this card with "Sacrifice's Blast". After Ishizu summons "Agido", Kaiba activates "Soul Exchange" to let him Tribute Ishizu's monsters as if he were their controller. Kaiba then Tributes Ishizu's three monsters in order to Tribute Summon "Obelisk the Tormentor". Ishizu expected this however as her trap had secretly affected "Obelisk", but because of a vision Kaiba saw through the Millennium Rod, he changed his strategy on how to defeat Ishizu. This in turn saved Kaiba from losing the duel and allowed him to defeat Ishizu with his "Blue-Eyes White Dragon".

- In the second above-mentioned episode, this card appears in a flashback Ishizu has when she notes to herself what happened when Kaiba used "Soul Exchange" to tribute her monsters and summon "Obelisk the Tormentor".
