Card Artworks:Injection Fairy Lily
- When this card was released internationally, the Red Crosses in the artwork's background and on the monster's hat were replaced with hearts, very likely due to the Geneva Conventions strictly banning any use of that symbol outside of marking medical personnel, material, vehicles, and facilities in combat areas. This change was also adopted in all later Japanese reprints and media appearances, permanently replacing the original artwork.
- In the anime's international dub, the syringe in this card's artwork was initially blurred out. Later dub appearances (except Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie: Pyramid of Light, where the card went unedited) replaced it with a colorful rocket.
