Negate the activation of an Effect Monster's effect that activates in the hand or in the Graveyard, and remove it from play.	When a monster effect is activated in the hand or Graveyard: Negate the activation, and if you do, banish it.	When a monster effect is activated in the hand or GY: Negate the activation, and if you do, banish it.
