Q&A Rulings

A: The effect of "Aleister the Invoker of Madness" that adds "Invocation" or "The Book of the Law" from your Deck to your hand can be activated even if a Fusion Monster is Special Summoned by an effect treated as a Fusion Summon, such as "Instant Fusion".[1]
A: "ABC-Dragon Buster" is a Fusion Monster, but Special Summoning it using its own procedure is not a Fusion Summon. Therefore, in this scenario, you cannot activate the effect of "Aleister the Invoker of Madness".[2]
A: The effect of "Aleister the Invoker of Madness" that adds "Invocation" or "The Book of the Law" from your Deck to your hand can be activated when a Fusion Monster is Special Summoned while "Aleister the Invoker of Madness" is face-up on the field. Therefore, if "Call of the Haunted" is chained to "Flash Fusion" and "Aleister the Invoker of Madness" is Special Summoned, its effect can be activated, but if "Flash Fusion" is chained to a "Call of the Haunted" that targeted "Aleister the Invoker of Madness", the effect cannot be activated afterward.[3]
A: In this scenario, if you have no cards in your hand when the effect of "Aleister the Invoker of Madness" resolves, you cannot discard a card with that effect, so you also do not add "Invocation" or "The Book of the Law" from your Deck to your hand.[4]
